Was pleasantly surprised to see BUM pre workout at my local Kroger. I'm in Columbus, OH and we seemingly get everything way later than everywhere else. Seeing you consistently improve and succeed is really inspiring. Appreciate everything you've done for the sport and why? Cuz he's just a genuinely nice guy.

You should get a dehumidifier with an auto pump. Keeping the humidity at 45% will be just as helpful as a few giant fans. I recommend the Midea cube. Barely takes up space and is very effective. The space is so big, you might consider getting two. Don’t know how you can even work out in Florida without a dehumidifier. I have one for my home gym in Los Angeles and it’s a lifesaver. I have one even though I have an oversized mini-split AC system that dehumidifies as well. It will also keep your equipment from rusting.

Look at micro plates to add to your dumbbells. they sell 2.5lbs and 1.25 lbs and then you can keep your current dumbbells but have 2.5lbs increments. It's what I do in my home gym and I love it !

Great gym tour of a great gym, done efficiently. Thanks! 'Investment Wisdom' is right on, spot on. The car is classic cool, awesome! [What about adding a Donkey Calf Raise machine to the mix?] Working on 'plasticity' (ROM, etc.) is super smart, necessary. ... By the way (unrelated but still important), for future air travels, you might want to check out the hearings on the Boeing 787 and 777-first. [No fear. Just info.] My investment advice? Not Boeing. And yeah, many of the Old School machines were built really well.

I'm nerding out here with all this equipment God bless. I call the cable machine Freemotion all of them 😅 like diapers are all Pampers. I'm so glad you described the Cybex press squad machine. I started using one earlier this year and now I don't want to press on any other machine!
nothing beats the feel of that old skool cybex leg press - there's one in muscleworks london if anyone gets over this side of the pond.

Hi Chris I started my body building journey at the age of 49 after seeing you train you are such a inspiration unfortunately my journey has come to end last month I was diagnosed with cancer last month which they can’t cure I had the privilege of meeting your amazing trainer at the Arnold uk hanyrambodcongrats on the baby bum mate I was hoping one day to meet you don’t think that will happen now
I've been lifting now for like 14 years, and this machine selection is just incredible. It's the best of everything I've used over the years. I cant stand all the corporate gym life fitness garbage. It just straight up sucks.

Dang CBum must have just learned how to drive manual, a car being in 1st vs neutral is so noticeable when you touch the stick not to mention it’s just 2nd nature for manual drivers to naturally feel what gear the car in especially idk anyone who would just take their foot off the clutch and the brake and it should have been very noticeable as soon as you even started to release off the brake and clutch. If it launched that fast, it’s because he is still learning to use the clutch. Good thing he has money though to fix it, that’s a beautiful car and really nice gym.

Have you tried cable versions of belt squats versus the lever arm versions? Ex. Squat max MD or Rogue Rhino 👍

Diel down the aperture, its a shame the video is 4k and the image is soft cause the lens is so wide open
