    It's so nice to see the waist is back, with a large chest. Too many body builders have a very thick stomach. the proportions look awful. You brought back what a body builder should look like.

      Decline machine chest press is safer than decline barbell and dumbbell press because you get to sit upright

    Twelve warm up sets over three different exercises before even doing a compound ?? Why would u ever need to do that 😭 pointless and over fatiguing
