we actually went backwards a little and put a 475 on it. with the smaller injectors it makes more power on the 475 tune. we will put injectors and a turbo on it in the coming year

Make a scale model of your Truck you use to take the others to the show? Ride around with your logo on it?

Could not help but notice you standing in front of a truly classic KW big bunk K-100C. The only thing more luxurious in the KW catalog in the late 70's through 90's was the Aerodyne.
I'm guessing flashing an ECM is a bit like flashing the BIOS in a computer in that the word "uh-oh" is never a good utterance during the process.

Hi James looks like it took. That’ll pep Krystal right up. I must’ve missed it how much torque will it be making? I heard the 500 horsepower. Curious what was it originally set at? Krystal is coming along great. Stinks they sent the wrong elbows! And bad on that shop not getting in touch with you. They should have called when they didn’t have your order. Stay safe
I put the 500/1850 tune in but went back to the 475/1750 because I didn't have the injector for the 500 and bigger tune.. thats gonna happen eventually but this one works very well
That stinks wrong injectors! Seems like a lot of work for that small a gain. Unless you can go up higher than 500 with the injectors. I’ve done almost the same change and as far as it seemed I really didn’t gain economy performance was only slightly better. But too remember I’m running 2500-3000 miles a week so I might be looking differently. But if it was mine biggest worry would be clutch rating.
@@darrencatenacci2737 engine base is a 435. Smallest horsepower for the iron set. Can take 550 with injectors and turbo change. I already did the harmonic damper upgrade.
Clutch is a 2150 torque Eaton easy pedal
@@JamesPretty Oh heck you already got it covered! Then I’d boost it to 550 2050 torque if possible. That would make big difference. But turbos and injectors ain’t cheap so. You’ll probably have to do one then the other. Cool

gas tanks, your a hoot, fuel tanks noob, wink, just a reminder that every 550 hp 5ek breaks the crankshaft, you better get a air filter before you dust that engine, check your injector numbers,
It’s always gas tanks and gas pedal for some reason. Can’t get it out my vocabulary lol I’m looking for filters. And not everyone breaks the crank but ya they do lol
