- Lets revisit this delicious and easy to make chapati wrap or better known as Rolex, once again. A popular street food that originated from our neighbors, the Ugandans and spread to most of East Africa and beyond.
A simple and tasty breakfast idea that you can do on any day of the week
INGREDIENTS
2 -4 Wraps
1/2 Yellow onion , thinly sliced
1/2 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 Scallions, chopped
6 Eggs, beaten
1-2 Avocado, thinly sliced
1 Tbs Olive oil, or any vegetable oil
Kosher salt and pepper
For the Wraps
2 cups all purpose flour
1Tsp Kosher salt
1/2 Tsp sugar
1 Tbs Olive oil
1 cup water, lukewarm ( start with half and then add as needed )
To Finish
Butter, as needed
Grated Cheese , as needed ( I used Jack cheese )
spinach , as needed
1 Ripe tomato, thinly sliced Хобби

I discovered a new chapati recipe . Three ripe avocados and butter milk three eggs and three slices of bread to make chapati puff up. Mix the ingredients using blender
