- Hey Friends , today am sharing this very easy to make chapati recipe using warm water.

5 cups all purpose flour ( 1Kg )
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 Tsp Kosher salt
1/2 Tsp Granulated sugar

Your cooking making makes kitchen life easier. I will try this method as well. Asante chef❤
Thanks Chef. I now realize where I was going wrong, I didn't knead enough. I
have always used cold water. On a few occasions I tried warm water and the dough was too sticky. When I tried rolling the chapati, the shape went haywire - map of Africa, Australia, Kenya ....😅😅
You can also knead the flour in a mixer. It’s much easier that way.👍. Also, instead of oil in the frying part, I would go with either butter or ghee… mmmmmm ❤️😋😋😋
Yes you can!

Making Chapatis can be a nightmare I tried and gave up.
I tried this recipe but did not get the layers like yours. What did I miss?
What happens when i use baking powder too?
They are going to rise..so ul have thick chapatis n I tell u they don’t taste that good.
The salt.....did you say caustic salt?
I said kosher, its grainier and easy to control
