- Hey friends I hope you will in love with delicious and easy to make Marry Me Chicken Recipe, my take on it. This creamy chicken recipe with sun dried tomatoes has very rich flavors from cream, butter and herbs. Its so good and very popular.
INGREDIENTS
1Tbs Vegetable oil
1 Tbs Butter
2 lb. Chicken breast, skinless, boneless and trimmed of excess fat.
1/2 C All purpose flour
Salt and pepper
1 Shallot, finely diced
1 Tbs Garlic, chopped
1.5 C Chicken stock
1 Tsp Dried oregano
1/2 Tsp Dried thyme
1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes ( optional )
1 C Heavy cream
1/2 C Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 Sun dried tomatoes, cut into stripes
Fresh Basil or Parsley to finish and garnish ( I used parsley )

I just love watching you cook, my mouth waters everytime. You make it look at easy as it is. I prefer veggies on the side as well and I've mixed summer squash with zucchini but only with onions, never with frozen peas and broccoli. I'll be making this dish this weekend.

I just made this and this is so so delicious!! I only made the broccoli cause I made a side of linguine to put the sauce over. It was so yummy. Even though I didn't have sun dried tomatoes, I used sun dried tomato pesto that I had and it really turned out good, made the sauce a bit reddish but still so flavorful! You are a superb cook Chef D. I enjoy your recipes. I still want to make a few more recipes when I get the ingredients! Thank you for sharing your talent with us! It's enjoyable! ❤️
