Nothing wrong with repetition. That just means you're a very good teacher. I'm sure when you were learning how to cook, you didn't just "get it" on the first try, and needed to repeat the process many times in order for it to become muscle memory. This really helps us average Joes to retain important rules for cooking and not having to constantly think about it and second-guess. Keep up exactly what and how you're doing it, it's so fantastic to be able to learn from you and make dishes I never thought I was capable of making. Thank you!

CJP became our first choice after a workday.
My wife and I prepare our dinner already saying outloud to each other "-Hello friends!!".
And then go watch you and get inspired for our weekend special meals or simply being educated by your fantastic personality and talent.
Thank you very much for bringing love and authenticity in this world full of bitterness and fakeness.
    We love you.

Chef is right about folks not like mushrooms because they undercook them. I'm 35 and my whole life I didn't like mushrooms. When I began watching his videos he mentioned the mushroom thing and so I tried it with one of his recipes. Now I cook with mushrooms all the time and love them. Thanks Chef JP!

Thank you so much Chef ! I am retired and have been searching for a "hobby" that I can do on a daily basis. Since watching your shows you have inspired me to take up cooking. I have always been an average cook, my mom was a cook her whole life. Now I have relatives asking me to come and cook special meals for them. On mothers day I am cooking my sisters mother day dinner. We are having beef wellington, garlic mashed potatoes, and asparagus with a bearnaise sauce.
It's all thanks to your great instruction ! Keep up the good work "my friend" !

Your warm and engaging personality really shines through, making me feel like I'm cooking alongside you!
The creamy garlic sauce, paired with sautéed mushrooms and spinach, was absolute perfection with the chicken. And adding potatoes took it to a whole new level - it's a complete, well-balanced meal.

So our dinner was cucumber salad with taziki sauce, taters and this wonderful recipe. We absolutely loved it. I’m going to swap chicken for lapin for the next attempt. I could have made something similar last night if you had posted yesterday! But it's okay, I surprised my wife (I'm retired, she's not just yet) with a Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccine and it was boneless thighs instead of breast. Tried a new flavor on the chicken, added curry powder to the dry coating before sauteing and building the sauce around it. It actually worked (much to my surprise and relief). You have actually kind of inspired me to try new things when cooking, and I thank you for that. Today's recipe is one that will get saved and added to my culinary repertoire. Good video, Chef!

I didn't try fresh mushrooms until I was an adult because I thought I didn't like them! But fresh sauted onion and mushrooms? You can put that on anything and it would be good! Worked great, though the sauce was a little thin - no reduction in oven - will make thicker next time. Also, added a little smoked paprika to the flour before dredging, added a little smoky note.

Here we go. At 68 years old, I have developed several dishes, usually following and doing change-ups on recipes. I have changed some of yours to suit. I have learned so much over the years that I can beat a lot of restaurants at their own game. I specialize on cooking over charcoal, and i Have several grills dedicated to certain uses. NO gas here!
Now you have to show me this. I bought one of the Woll pans and achieved heaven in cookware. I used it and one of my cast iron pans to do this cook. I usually share with friends and family, sometimes the next day. Not this one! My wife could not wait to share this with her sister in a neighboring town today!. She even had to swipe a bite off my plate on her way out!
This one went into my permanent recipe collection! It changed smells so many times during the cook, and the final product was nothing short of amazing!
    Thank You!

Love mushrooms! Cooked or raw. There's something in mushrooms that makes the water in them get absorbed into the body. Some enzyme or something. But they are the best thing you eat if you're dehydrated.

Another amazing recipe, Chef! I didnt feel like making a big Sunday dinner like I normally do, so this recipe was perfect! Quick and easy, but comes out like you spent hours in the kitchen, which is great and my Family absolutely loved it! I served it with boiled baby potatoes and a green salad and it was spot on! Thank you so much for your amazing lessons and recipes ❤

Had a hearty laugh when you said ' I don't know why I open the wrong draws and I forgot the food was hot. 😅
That sounds amazing and childlike. So innocent and yet matured with his years of talented cooking !!

I love chef JP! He makes his dishes look so easy, I tried his seafood stock -> lobster bisque which I used to make seafood pan roast. It was amazing better than the one served at the palace station oyster bar in Las Vegas NV. Froze my stock too just like he said. I love watching his videos. He makes cooking fun. He sets the foundation and gives you freedom to make it your own style and twist. I wish you a good health long life chef and more videos 🥰🥰🥰
