@@YoSauceBrazyyhim and Nico had pretty crazy chemistry too though, Nico went from a 400 yard season to 1300 and being the most doubled receiver in the league. It’s such a perfect wr combo, Tank going against 1 guy and it’s usually the #2 cb too. Hes gonna have such a good year

As we've come to learn especially last year with how the Steelers played during preseason vs regular season, preseason doesn't mean anything. They could be an entirely different team come regular season. Steelers looked like a superbowl team in preseason last year compared to how bad they were during regular season.

@@TheSadie9110you actually don’t know ball. Over half the starters were playing the first few drives, and the Texans did just fine. Not to mention all the additions they added over the off-season. I mean I think they go 11-6 and get a playoff spot if u ask me.
I'm not concerned because, as Steelers fans, we needed this defeat since, in the previous two preseasons, we went 3-0, and we struggled in the regular season.
Preseason tries out rookies & gets the veterans ready for the regular season.

Remember the Texans played last week in the Hall of Fame Game, so they have already played a full game, with real hitting and game speed. So they're not playing with those first game jitters and hesitations.

The Steelers have been experimenting where to play him, because he won’t be in the slot very often, as Roman Wilson will occupy that spot more often than not. Austin can play in any position, but his value is his downfield threat. Please don’t act like you know what you’re talking about when you really don’t.

Stroud-Dell chemistry is getting deadly this season, I can feel it. Fields is decent so far, looking forward to see his gameplay for real this time.

@@aem870he needs to be in a Seattle type system. Run first, PA shots deep, improvise in between. Believe it or not Russ was actually pretty mediocre. Payton's offense was pass first, so almost every TD came from Wilson. But week to week he was inconsistent and they were not feared as an offense.

Not much to say here on the game, Steelers Allen looks composed until he had to force the play late on, certainly looked better than Fields which surprises me. Texans solid opening preseason game, players got a couple reps all looks pretty good for them.

When you are a coach and you could lose your job if this year goes bad, you don't want to risk injuries in the pre-season. Most coaches fear for there job so can't take risks.

The red on the bull part of the helmet flows really well with the trousers' big red stripe. And the numbers are now blue-on-white, much improved over the previous red-on- white considering the Texans' dominant color is blue. The comparison with the Falcons' jerseys is kind of laughable when there are those NFL teams who've had similar uniforms. The Cowboys and Lions had very similar white-on-silver uniforms historically. The old school Bengals of the '60s-70s had uniforms very similar to the Browns. The Chargers of the 1970s had very similar blue-gold uniforms to the Rams. Why are some making a big deal of the Texans' recent uniform improvement?

They moved from California down here when David became our QB. I got a free jersey from David I used to always wear. He gave out jerseys to everyone in our class. I used to go to his house and everything.

I was there for this one. My first time at Heinz. (yes, we still call it that). Nothing burger of a game, as it was preseason, but I got some great shots from great seats. Looking forward to seeing how they do in real games. They did run a bit more, so that was nice to see.

@@ChildOfThe1970s Agreed. I did growing up, get to see the Pirates, and Steelers play at Three Rivers. But we moved to the Tampa area just before the took it down, and Built Heinz Field. That's why I've not been to it till today. I've even seen Ben Play, but it was in Tampa, and a couple of other places. So it was kind of a bucket list deal to actually see the inside of that stadium, what ever they may call it.

Well that isn’t our starting O-line. Well maybe a few but the rookies will be good with the better starters. Honestly if Fields major problem is holding the ball. The Steelers might be a good team to help him. And if he gets sacked. Thats on him. He has a hard year coming up if Wilson doesn’t get better. I believe Fields is a weapon for the Steelers as long as we don’t let him get sacked.
