Tiny Homes are now unaffordable for poor people.
We actually use extremely high end materials, and the homes are built to last 60+ years. These are custom built homes done by a team of 60. We have specialty craftsman who custom build each element of the home, whether it be tile, cabinetry, etc. We use designer finishes and lighting, it adds up. As a leader in the industry we always encourage people to go with a builder that matches their needs, including price. We want everyone to get what they need. I thought the whole point of a tiny home was to be cost efficient and way less cheaper than buying a regular house. Creating a tiny home that costs 200k is kinda depleting the whole purpose of going tiny. Isn't it? I mean, that's why I the whole reason I would live in a tiny home. But if it's gonna cost me the same amount or even more than what I could pay to own a regular sized 3 bedroom house, then why in the world would I even consider a tiny house.
You can use the floorplan as an inspiration if you build your own tiny house.
@@lindiemaloneyIn CA 200k for a 2bed luxury home - albeit tiny - is still worth it to me. In the area I live 2 beds start at 400k and they are mostly fixer-uppers.

Thinking of our Vets and other seniors in unstable housing. This is great with a downstairs bedroom. Use upstairs for visitors/ family or storage. Now, if only we can construct an RV type park where you co-own the land.

Lovely!! But I'd rather be able to put my own couch & bed in there. I've seen some tiny homes with more space in the living room, that would be nice also. Great space ceiling wise & the fireplace is gorgeous!!
Totally! The majority of our units do not come furnished, only come with appliances, we wanted to shake things up! Check out our Urban Park Max or a larger living room space, I think you'll really like it!

The price of a regular degular home really depends on your location! This is very affordable in oregon, and you get to live wherever you want since it is on wheels and can be transported!

It's quite interesting. What is a gel powered fireplace??? Love the triple refrigerator, I have one and it's spectacular. The microwave under the pop out, might not be feasible.

LOVE the mix of modern and farmhouse on this one; cool style aspects. That bedroom and ceiling is awesome too! I so want to have a Tiny built by you guys; it would be hard to decide-I love many different things about several of the customizations you’ve done; trying to figure out how I could incorporate the different styles and ideas. Just so cool.

As gorgeous as this is, you miss the point of a tiny home. It's meant to be affordable living. I know since the market is big for them, you are in the business to make money, but you can buy a lot of houses for less than THIS!!!!! Not to mention the insurance fiasco new tiny home investors will have to go through
Being a leader in the industry, we always tell our clients to go with a builder that works for them! Various people have various needs. Our homes are geared towards a luxury home buyer. But again, always go with the builder that works for you!
Very expensive, ITH , INCREDIBLE TINY HOMES..MODELS much more reasonable prices for a home on wheels. Start at 25,000 for INCREDI-BOX and all the way up to their models. Morristown, Tennessee will now have a residential development , subdivision build on foundations that you will own, starting at $139,900 to approx $200,000
Southern Heights absolutely beautiful homes, incredible affordable housing you will own. Only 200 for this area, and they will go fast..they are working on your behalf if you need financing.
