Wow! Every time I think Tru Form knocks it right outta the park they one-up themselves! This beautiful little home checks all my boxes! From the rooftop deck with the views to the enclosed decks down below it has everything I've ever wanted in a tiny home and more! And how cool is the bedroom fort for adults! And I absolutely love the landing area for the washer/dryer...it's hidden away from direct view which is a huge plus for me but easily accessible! I could see some built in craft storage there for the jewelry I make! So gorgeous...I love it. Fantastic job Tru Form! This is the model I want! (But I say that with every video.)

I bought it used because it’s on a piece of land that I own in a neighborhood with an HOA. Could you change the mini fridge to a real size one. Just eliminate the counter right there
A typical spiral staircase looks dated to me, if it were me I’d be doing a mini U Shape or L shape.

Just my opinion, but it doesn't make sense to me to have a 3-burner stove with oven and only have a mini-fridge and smaller than normal sink. I'd need an apartment size refrigerator and a 20" sink at the minimum.
This is what I have in my flat (~58sqm), my kitchen is only slightly bigger than this but U shaped. To me the dishwasher is a complete waste of space, and I'd opt for a slanted extractor fan. I mostly use 1 burner on my induction hob, and the hob itself is used as extra counter space. That island they've put in makes the kitchen cramped, I'd honestly get rid of it, i'd walk into it too much; or move it in front of the window next to the door.
