The washer dryer combo is located in the kitchen island, and the dishwasher us to the left of the sink, according to the floor plan. There may be a false panel hiding the dishwasher in the video, or their client may have eliminated it.
I love the floor plan - especially if an adult can sit in a chair where the desk is and work at it?? I would prefer a lighter kitchen but that would be easy to change. The other thing I would change is instead of a bath I would have a washer and dryer. I think the floor plan is fantastic though.

Absolutely beautiful and clever use of innovative ideas! My biggest concern is that the bathroom separates the sleeping spaces from the living space. If someone uses the bathroom, you must wait or use an outside entrance to access the bedrooms and loft. You can make it work, but it would be an issue for long-term or permanent living at some point, lol. Of course, that is depending on how many ppl are staying there
The client opted to have the washer and dryer installed upon delivery :) It will be installed near the bathroom at the bottom of the stairs. about 20% of our clients ask for no dishwasher! Many folks enjoy to have more storage and prefer to hand wash.
The towel and linen closet could be turned into a coat closet and the towels could be put on open shelves above the toilet an the excess could go in to a storage space under my a bed that could be raised p? Capeesh?!! When this home is relocated to its own lot it could be spectacular! Why aren't more tiny homes expanded to 10 ' in width? That extra bit makes such a difference!

Move the fridge wall unit over and out in a full stove. The stove is too small for baking and cooking and the fridge has about 8 inches of wasted space in its cabinet.

I'd delete the shower and move the toilet to where the shower is and then add a shower head over the tub to make it a tub/shower combo, with full height tile like the shower had. Put a barn door to the tub/toilet area, and make it a double sink vanity that would be in the hallway to the bedroom. This still offers privacy to anyone doing their "business" and allows you to freely walk to the bedroom without disturbing them.

There are only 2 people living in this home, so they opted for the bathroom in between instead of moms room in the middle!

Newer beds are typically memory foam so much more malleable, but you can still fit a regular bed up there :) !

189,000 it does not withstand severe weather I am sure. Since when do tiny homes cost almost 200,000. No way I would pay that.
We actually have many homes in Vermont, Montana, Idaho, etc - We weatherproof our homes based on where they are living!
