I approve of finishing all the side-quests. Some of them have enough story to them that makes them interesting to watch. And I'm not ready for this series to end for several more videos.
Randy Cantu The actual reality of that is that the mother used the ribbons to lead her daughter, who was autistic, to go to the end of the pier and fall off to drown. The mother then left, attempting to avoid any trouble from it.
Brad I'm not gonna lie you are probably my favorite commentator out there today! I'm always excited when one of your videos comes out! Just like to say thanks!
I for one, like Brad doing the side quests. Its a nice change of pace from when, back in Dead Island, he said he would do the side quests, but only did ONE!
Well as it was known. The mother would leave ribbons out tied up to posts and such that would help her autistic daughter get home. Well the mother couldn't handle and cope with it anymore so she changed the route. Instead of the ribbons leading back to the home, the mother changed the path so the ribbons led to the pier. The autistic daughter didn't know better and followed the ribbons, It's implied she walked off the pier and drowned to death, in the confession note the mother wrote her regret.
I think you should do all the side quests honestly. Ive been enjoying this series soo much. (Also at first I thought the Long walk short pier letter was a reference to the game Amy... AT FIRST)
I love your videos! It is not just a simple walkthrough boring and just following the story. Here eccept the game(in which you have done realy well till here) we laugh, get to know you and we see some funny parts!Keep up the good work!
I vote that you finish the side quests in some sort of edited and condensed format, then resume the main storyline in detail as has been done. I love the throwing of random things!
Hey Brad! I've really liked your walkthroughs for this game, Thanks for Posting them! ~ One of the things I think the developers need to do with this game is bump up the number and type of ghouls/demons/etc along with the frequency in which you confront them. I think the game leans a bit too much into the roaming around scheme and I think it should be a bit more dangerous+scary...They still need to do something different with accessing the inventory ~ What do you think now that you've played it?
Yeah do 100% sir, I dont think anyone else on here is doing all the side quests so this is awesome that you are and I look forward to seeing you complete them.
The ribbons are a nice touch.. I noticed them throughout and felt they were markers with some rules to them but now the extra detail adds more depth. If I recall, going counter to the intended direction spawned enemies so they are basically triggers/spawners. Pretty brilliant!
I thought I had never played any of the Silent Hill games before, until I saw that door in the previous video. Then I remembered I did play Silent Hill 4 on my PC, many years back. Think I liked it too. Nice trip down memory lane.
waiting for the silent hill videos is like waiting for bathroom at a busy night club and when you do watch them they go so quick. keep up the good work brad....xD
there's a street on here called "Radcliffe St." and it's only 1 letter away from being the literal street i live on. Silent hill, you're freaking me out in more ways than one!
Damn the side quest if they take forever, but if you take notes and find them in a shorter time, I'm all for it. I journeyed into cry of fear and this, and I'm down to the last post on both :(
respect how hard dem work for us monn i thumb up eva vid u put on evn if i cbem randomly kno takes hrz dayz months hell yrz to finsh a single series sumtymez monn bless no homo
The first 3 silent hill games you could have both a weapon and flashlight at the same time. You just occasionally don't have the flashlight. 1-3 make the best use of it, this one not so much. There's hardly any really dark environments, if any at all. Adding the forensic light was a nice touch though. Like you said before Brad, this one doesn't have much of a scare factor. I miss the levels of the old games that just seem to be alive with creepy noises everywhere followed by disturbing silence.
Do you realise that most people hate videos with intros? Because they simply don't give a shit about an additional 10seconds ontop of the video saying what the video is and who it's by when they already know what it is and who it's by because they got there via the related, their subscriptions or a general search, in which even then most people avoid videos with intros. Brad has it just right with his thumbnail image, don't ruin it for him.
Brad, in the old silent hills you could have a gun and a flashlight at the same time just like this one. I don't think there was a flashlight in 4 though...or I don't remember needing one because it wasn't as dark as the others.
Dont think Brad noticed it but after he reads the note you hear the sound of shoes walking, squeaking as if they're wet and the girls room opens, you also hear noises as if someone's playing with toys in there.
In both SH and 2, you could have a flashlight and a firearm. In SH2, you got the flashlight and the handgun in the same areas but you didn't have to choose one over the other... I do remember though when you had to walk around the hotel without any gear whatsoever. That was frightening.
I'd like to say thank you for the editing you do to these vids; I know it is a hassle for you, but I know as the viewers, we really do appreciate it!
I approve of finishing all the side-quests. Some of them have enough story to them that makes them interesting to watch. And I'm not ready for this series to end for several more videos.
Keep doing sidequests Brad! I love seeing you explore Silent Hill, that door was badass!
I want more sidequests! I look forward to coming home after work and watching this series. It cheers me up.
That was cold how the little girl's mother left her like that
Randy Cantu The actual reality of that is that the mother used the ribbons to lead her daughter, who was autistic, to go to the end of the pier and fall off to drown. The mother then left, attempting to avoid any trouble from it.
+Raphael “OBruxo1997” M-L Who knows? She probably got shot on her way downtown. Had it coming
Do ALL the sidequests! :D I love them, so much fun to see :)
Thank you for every video brad, you make homework and everyday life tolerable! i cant buy these games so watching someone enjoy them is good enough.
Sidequests all the way! Keep going, Brad!!
Well congrats brad. This is deffo the only series I have watched EVERY SINGLE episode! You are deffo the man! Awesome vids!!!
I like how the screamer gets nothing more than a glance and a bored 'whoa.' Cry of Fear has made Brad immune to SH's scares.
Brad I'm not gonna lie you are probably my favorite commentator out there today! I'm always excited when one of your videos comes out! Just like to say thanks!
Don't break the rules?
She followed the rules right off the peer!

you are always so creative with the episode titles Brad :)
Continue with the sidequests because they may be short but they are awesome.

Yeah do 100% sir, I dont think anyone else on here is doing all the side quests so this is awesome that you are and I look forward to seeing you complete them.
