      @@courtneynunez9926 I add cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon to water and boil it for a bit. Then steep green tea and finally add a few drops of lemon. Hope you like it!☕️

    I started by watching your daytime and night-time routine videos and slowly started incorporating some of those practices into my daily life.
    I have been sleeping earlier, waking up and exercising/meditating, and my body just feels soooo much better.
    I still really need to work on my food habits, so I’m going to keep an eye out for your recommendations regarding that.

    I recently had an Aurveydic consult. She recommend just for starters warm water and fresh lemon juice in the AM before breakfast. This has helped so much with more bowel movements! I feel a little better and a little lighter too.

    Radhi! You inspired me to drink CCF tea every morning for the health benefits and to balance out my doshas, however, I did not expect the flat tummy benefits! Since weight gain is so normal during quarantine I wasn't too upset about how big my belly had gotten, but deep down somewhere I really needed this; Thank you

    "The main organ that helps in the detoxification process is the liver. Everything you breathe or swallow that is broken down and absorbed into the bloodstream passes through the liver, which is the largest internal organ. The body depends on the liver to regulate, synthesize, store and secrete many important proteins and nutrients and also to purify, transform and clear toxic or unneeded substances, according to the German Institute for Quality and Efficiency in Health Care.

    Great tips Radhi. Thank you. Tongue scraping is one of my daily oral health routine. Epsom salts bath and brushing are also favorites, as well as drinking hot water and teas, but eating regularly and going to sleep by 10 pm are very difficult for me. I'm working on doing better. Love your energy and upbeat vibes!

    The main thing you need for daily detoxing is having a functioning liver and kidney. It's that super simple actually. (And that hard for those who don't have them :/) Our bodies are pretty amazing as they are!

    I use oregano, garlic, cumin and tumeric I drink 2 10 ounces of hot green tea and lemon juice with cinnamon stick. It has help me feel better. More alert and I put cinnamon on everything. I put on apples ,almond milk, and yogurt..
