I recently had an Aurveydic consult. She recommend just for starters warm water and fresh lemon juice in the AM before breakfast. This has helped so much with more bowel movements! I feel a little better and a little lighter too.

Epsom salts bath and brushing are also favorites, as well as drinking hot water and teas, but eating regularly and going to sleep by 10 pm are very difficult for me. I'm working on doing better. The main thing you need for daily detoxing is having a functioning liver and kidney. It's that super simple actually. (And that hard for those who don't have them :/) Our bodies are pretty amazing as they are!

I use oregano, garlic, cumin and tumeric I drink 2 10 ounces of hot green tea and lemon juice with cinnamon stick. It has help me feel better. More alert and I put cinnamon on everything. I put on apples ,almond milk, and yogurt..
