@@333houseoflight It's a mixture of coriander, cumin and fennel seeds brewed in hot water which you can drink as a tea. Radhi talks about it between 6:33 - 10:41 in this video :)
You have to soak the seeds to remove the anti nutrients before consumption. Those with digestive issues should not be consuming seeds without the lectins being removed otherwise it will offset the healing process. Before I healed my gut consuming seeds that were not activated were detrimental and I got serious reactions that were life threatening.

@@SonitaVibes Hello! I don't recall experiencing any mood changes, no.
What’s a CCF tea please?
@@333houseoflight It's a mixture of coriander, cumin and fennel seeds brewed in hot water which you can drink as a tea. Radhi talks about it between 6:33 - 10:41 in this video :)
What food do you eat on kitchari cleanse thanks
You have to soak the seeds to remove the anti nutrients before consumption. Those with digestive issues should not be consuming seeds without the lectins being removed otherwise it will offset the healing process. Before I healed my gut consuming seeds that were not activated were detrimental and I got serious reactions that were life threatening.
Good information what seeds and spices did you use to heal your gut ? What formula did you create that worked for you?
how do you do that please ?
What do you soak them in just water and how long?
How do we soak them
I started overdosing on flax, hemp, and chia seeds and my system let me know really fast that it's a NO.
I use the 5 spices for a while now. It has made a big difference in my life. I gained weight and my constipation is so much better then even with laxative medicines. Thank you for the extra advice to sauté the herbs first in some oil or ghee. From now one, I will do that before I make my curry or make my meals. I will make sure to look for the Ajwain in an Indian store! As a vata, thank you so much for this video Radhi!🌹🩷
On Keto we put many different spices n these spices on eggs n meat.
And on fully raw vegan 8-10-10 diet I put these in a bunch of dishes!

For those who aren't fond of turmeric powder and grounded black pepper, there's a unique tea made from dried turmeric slices blended with pepper inflorescence. This tea not only preserves all its benefits but also tastes delicious. It's patented in several countries.
