I literally eat the same breakfast every day!! Sourdough toast with hummus, tomatoes, hemp seeds. I use microgreens or broccoli sprouts instead of arugula . Let me give you a tip! Make a tahini dressing and drizzle it on your toast. Tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper, garlic powder, water to thin. Thank me later ❤😊
Yes! I’m trying to lose weight and maintain muscle with a whole food plant based diet with about 130g per day of protein that is quick to make! I also loved Indian themed food, as well as super quick and easy. Not sure if her recipe book follows these guidelines but they are exactly what I’m trying to find!
I haven't tried all the dishes because I'm new at cooking but the breakfast toast was so easy and delicious. Everyone in my office was so impressed when I showed up bringing this for breakfast. I plan on trying the other two meals but just had to let you know that I really appreciate these easy meals especially for beginners like myself Thank you!
Thank you so much Radhi for this information. Being a vegetarian and trying to gain weight I am being told it is very difficult for me to achieve my goals without including egg or chicken. This video showed me how I could have a protein rich diet.
A high protein ingredient is nuts and seeds, so add them often to meals to help boost the protein in the dish. Recently made homemade cashew milk and can't believe how good it tastes but also how full it makes me; I am happy to have taken the time to try it, but it can also be added to many recipes. Supplements are fantastic, and honestly, I don't think I could function well without taking them daily; they help so much!
Thank you for sharing Radhi! Please could you do a video on budget-friendly high protein, plant-based meals or perhaps include prices/alternatives to buy in the UK. In the current climate, I find it challenging to eat consistently well when most things have a green premium. Thank you!
This was great inspiration, thank you! I also have a protein shake in the morning but add a tbsp of chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter and some spinach and it keeps me full for hours! I always used to get hungry every 2-3 hours but when I have lots of protein for breakfast it sets me up for the day :))
Yoko, June is a yogurt that you can have. Also, it's made out of coconut. And you can have go to your group. It's better than greek yogurt I found out.
Just tried out the pasta with tofu sauce from your recipe, and it turned out absolutely delicious! I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical about using tofu, but I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. Definitely adding this to my regular rotation - can't wait to cook it again!
Loved this video!! Question on you lunch. You mentioned a spice you put in that I’d never heard of. I think it was after you added the nutritional yeast. What was that spice called? Is it an Indian spice?
Yup, it's asafoetida. It's an age old indian spice. We add it to all meals, especially ones that have lentils, beans, etc since asafoetida is known to reduce bloating. If anytime you feel bloated, just add a pinch or little asafoetida to your yoghurt, water it down and drink it. Works like a charm.
I could eat that breakfast for best lunch and dinner!! But you know it's called Rocket right? That dinner item you had in the packet I've never seen, but because you're British you confused me as I now understand you live State side! I'm not sure that's available in the uk, but....vegan mince could be a good sub 😍
Is the book available in AUSTRALIA?where can I buyAG?I love your products - nothing available here 😢never used asafoetida is it traditional or what is the benefit ?like your videos 👍
Love this video! Just wanted to mention to try not to count collagen protein towards your protein intake. It's not a complete protein like pea protein. My fave protein powders are from Orgain (the one from trader joes) and Lean fit!
She's vegan so it's probably not even collagen - I'm guessing it's probably just vegan protein powder mixed with a bunch of skin-improving vitamins/minerals🤷♀
Nice , but be careful with some things that look processed . I would eat more thing directly out the garden or as they grow and not bought in the supermarket.
When I eat a lot of protein. I don't go to food. I don't get as hungry. And when I do the right planning and eat right. I do very very well but it's not easy i'm fifty years old
That's good that you're trying to get protein proteins, a main source of getting muscle and the main source. Would you have to eat vegetables too on top of it all in greens and lots of other stuff. Not just protein but But you doing good
Recently became a vegan from a non vegetarian after watching all the horrible footages how animals are treated in factory farms 😢. Thank you for sharing the recipes.
I LOVE THAT SHES SO REAL. I mean the food is fantastic but promoting her book with sort of oiled hair and a clutch on the tshirt? I can keep watching her all day long.
As a Sicilian girl I LOVE pasta. I will never give up a piece of Italian bread or pasta. This pasta looks very good! And that’s a huge complement owing from a picky bitch like me! Well done doll!
Following an Ayurvedic diet/lifestyle change and fruit mixed with anything isn’t recommended. It’s too hard to digest. You don’t get any bloating or slowed digestion?
That's exactly why you should consult a dietitian! The answer is not as simple as that and it's certainly not the same for everyone. That's why it's dangerous to follow advice of people on the internet.

Thank you for this advice. Been concern if I was getting enough healthy protein, as well. I eat good healthy nuts & seeds every single day!!
What supplements do you take?
Thank you for sharing Radhi! Please could you do a video on budget-friendly high protein, plant-based meals or perhaps include prices/alternatives to buy in the UK. In the current climate, I find it challenging to eat consistently well when most things have a green premium. Thank you!
Great cruelty free meals! No meat, no dairy = no animals hurt ❤
I just found your channel and I'm obsessed! Thank you so much for these recepies, they look amazing. Will try the tofu sauce asap! ❤
Everything looked so good and filling without too much hassle. 😍
Thanks for the video! I’m new to a plant-based way of eating. My biggest struggle is too many carbs and not enough protein! So thank you for the tips!
❤ love this! A full week of what you eat would be fantastic. Can’t wait for the cookbook 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yoko, June is a yogurt that you can have. Also, it's made out of coconut. And you can have go to your group. It's better than greek yogurt I found out.

I think Jay should start cooking for you both and make his own cook book for people who don’t like to spend much time in the kitchen.

Love these vegan options! You've inspired me to re create!
will you please make a video on all the supplements you take each day
Did those meals get you near 130g of protein? Since thats your goal. And how would one do this if you dont want to use protein powder regularly?
Lovely recipes Radhi. Very practical and intelligent way to eat
Thank you SO MUCH for these ideas!!!

Love your videos always!!!❤ I was so excited to see your Gap adds. I’m like Aww Radhi, I know her!!!! Congratulations!!! 🎉 ❤
In some videos you say you don't eat garlic and onion. Do you exclude them completely or you have them in sauces and spice mixes?
Wow you made a pasta sauce with no cheese. It’s definitely worth a try. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great recipes! Can I ask what type of frying pan you're using? What coating is it?

Loved this video!! Question on you lunch. You mentioned a spice you put in that I’d never heard of. I think it was after you added the nutritional yeast. What was that spice called? Is it an Indian spice?
Asafoetida (I looked it up because I’d never heard of that either and captions weren’t helping lol)

I literally cannot relate to this, I love eggs, cheese, ice cream….
You had me at, "I just love bread so much! And there's never a point where I want to cut it out!" 😅 Thank you!! ❤ #Same lol
I LOVE YOUR ENERGY 🥰🥰🥰
I could eat that breakfast for best lunch and dinner!! But you know it's called Rocket right? Wow. Best meal ever
Hey Radhi! How much on average would you say it costs you to eat like this per month?
Weird I was just talking about how higher protein keeps me full longer and then bam u post this. 😁
When is the book available in South Africa? 🥺
Does not the bread that you eat in breakfast contain lots of carbs?
Would that be ok if one is on protein diet and trying to shed weight?
what kind of pots and pans do you use ?
radhi, which pans do you use?
❤❤❤it looks absolutely delicious ❤❤❤
delicious!! thank you for sharing
pro tip- add hemp seeds on hummus so it sticks to avoid the mess and trigger the ocd in you😅😅
Everything looks delicious 🤤

Nice , but be careful with some things that look processed . I would eat more thing directly out the garden or as they grow and not bought in the supermarket.
What brand is that hummus? Many stores have canola oils 😢
When I eat a lot of protein. I don't go to food. I don't get as hungry. And when I do the right planning and eat right. I do very very well but it's not easy i'm fifty years old

I would put hempseeds right on that hummus, that way they will stick not fall from the bread....

I LOVE THAT SHES SO REAL. I mean the food is fantastic but promoting her book with sort of oiled hair and a clutch on the tshirt? I can keep watching her all day long.
I also just love bread
You can try pea protein
I take supplements too and i'm glad I do
What store bought salsa can you buy that has no onion or garlic?
Rao’s. There is a sensitive version tomato sauce without
onion n garlic.
I don't really eat it all the time. I just when I have something like what you're Having
What's that spice in the lunch recipe?
Around the 8.48 mark? Asafoetida.
What I can’t imagine is not washing my veggies …..not eating a raw tortilla
is that a vegan collagen? Is that a thing?
No such thing as cegan collagen, its peptides which support making the collagen our own body builds
Girrrrl did you just cut your veggies without washing them? That cabbage still had the store thingy on it and you just cut right in 😶
She likely washed it prior to the video, she also took the top layer off. 🤘🏽
They're prolly organic... I don't wash organic veggies.
@@pinkiepinkster8395omg please do then..🙌🏼
Personally I cut a cabbage before washing. It’s harder to get in the crevices when it’s whole.
I do like her and just take the top layer off
Is your book an actual physical book or an ebook? (I hate that)..lol.
Cilantro 😂😂😂😂😂 CORRIANDERRRRRR
Yum 🤤
Omggg my boyfriend used to eat raw tortilla wraps before he met me 😂😂😂
Love sun warrior ❤
As a Sicilian girl I LOVE pasta. I will never give up a piece of Italian bread or pasta. This pasta looks very good! And that’s a huge complement owing from a picky bitch like me! Well done doll!
I have low blood sugar so I don't do bread but you do you
Following an Ayurvedic diet/lifestyle change and fruit mixed with anything isn’t recommended. It’s too hard to digest. You don’t get any bloating or slowed digestion?
Please consult a dietitian about your protein needs. The majority of people don't need 130 grams but it is achiavable when eating plant-based.
If you want muscle you need 1g per lb of body weight
That's exactly why you should consult a dietitian! The answer is not as simple as that and it's certainly not the same for everyone. That's why it's dangerous to follow advice of people on the internet.
It actually is that simple!!!
She works out
You are so cute!!! And your eyes omg...never seen such beautiful eyes
Woman, you hilarious😂
You had me at high protein
you lost me at "spicies that can heal your body" and AG1
