I heard from Rujuta Diwekar that we should not start our day with seeds . She also follows traditional Indian wisdom beyond eating .. would be good if you guys can do something together :) and sort out any contradictions ;)

Also laying on your back, inhaling and drawing you knees into the chest and then exhaling (holding onto the knees) and letting the knees go toward the front of the room. Really good for the tummy!

I love that tea in the morning, I also add fenugreek. It’s improved overall functioning in many ways, particularly in getting rid of menstrual cramps.

The concoction is ... boiled spices in CCF. So please there is no contradiction

I suggest diluting the apple cider in water before drinking. I burned my poor throat and it was quite swollen for a few days afterwards.
