Hanover is indeed a cool city. My brother owns a "farm" near there and we often go to that Co-op that is right beside the Appalachian Trail. Make sure you see the sidewalk art! That's too bad you're having trouble with the new shoes -- I hope you can get that fixed. Good Luck on getting that nice deep sleep!
