That's exactly what I think... I'm doing epic heat program but before give it a go with a kettlebell series 2 times and hiit series. I tried one workout from fitness blender (which I follow for 4 years) and felt like warm up. I'm addicted to Caroline's workouts. 💪🔥🤗 have a nice workout! 👍

I have to confess : I took a lot of breaks to catch my breath , but I pushed myself to perform the moves at the same intensity and pace as Caroline. so that wasn't as bad as I thought it would be( I'm always terrified by HIITs). Caroline is amazing as always !

I've done around 80 various workouts. Things definitely changed for the better when I encountered Caroline's channel and started doing her workouts. Not only are they all very effective, they bring results you want really fast! I am a great fan of Caroline! :) (also love her positivity)

Hi Miriam. I am Aline and I too live in Mexico (Tulum) I have been doing the EPIC program for two weeks. I am 73 so some of these exercises are a bit too much for me, but I modify and try to do as much as possible. I see a change in my shoulders, back and abs. Even at my age you can change your body. Un abrazo. Que sigues trabajando.
My heart was exploding during the last minute. But I pushed hard, did not make any modifications and did not rest. Thank you Caroline for making us strong mentally and physically!
First EPIC workout done during my time of the month... really highlighted how much my balance , strength and co-ordination is affected by my period! But I kept that in mind and did my best, knowing that next week I can work at 100% again! These workouts are changing my life :)

Finally day 15 ✅ I’m so addictive! Sometimes I purposely skip my rest day coz I’m so excited to move forward! Seeing the changes in my body make me have more positive outlook.. This is my first program with Caroline. I skipped the first 2 weeks’ HIIT workouts because of fear but decided to do the scheduled one today. I crushed it with no modifications but a lot of huffing and puffing. This is the vote of confidence I needed before I turn 43 next week! You are THE BEST, Caroline!

Week 3 is done. I was supposed to do this hiit on Sunday, but I didn't have enough time last week, so I did it today, Tuesday, Aug 20. Absolutely love this one, I've been working on my handstand for a while, so I find this type of hiit really helpful to build core strengths. I feel so alive now.
The main thing I take away from ur workouts Caroline is to push ourselves to achieve the best that we can and feel happy with who we are. U really are inspiring and have changed how I look n feel about myself. I love the feeling of being stronger than my former self, more loving, happier and a whole lot more healthier. It is fantastic just how much time you put into planning these workouts so that we always have different variations and your choice of exercises is always so carefully chosen...keeps it all interesting and motivating...but I know it must take you a lot of time! I did the low impact alternative linked at the description in the morning and this tabata workout just now in the evening, and I can say that the low impact one is not at all easier, so anyone thinking about choosing the alternative, think twice, don't expect it would be an easy path =)) Thank you, Caroline! Its Sunday HIIT and this one absolutely flies, however, that doesnt mean its easy. In fact it really does send the pulse racing, the press up section is particularly challenging especially when you're out of breath. First time going through this program and I remember Week 1 when i couldn't do a single proper diver push up. AND NOW - just 15 days in, I could do at least 2 per round! without going to my knees! If that is not a sign of progress, I don't know what is. Thanks Caroline!

Felt so weak today and scared to do this one because of the feedbacks but when I started this one I really enjoyed every bit of it! Like I love everything about this tho I had to take additional seconds of break to really smash the exercises. Felt so weak at 1st set but starting of 2nd set I really had fun!!! I used to really enjoy HIIT workouts, but I was dreading this workout. I enjoyed it. It was tough. And it turns out those two things are often directly proportional when I do a Caroline Girvan workout :) I'm loving this programme so far. It's incredibly humbling having to modify because I'm not quite at your level yet, Caroline; but I still find myself attempting every exercise and laughing at myself along the way - and that is a huge step for me. Oh my god. I heard about Caroline on virgin radio and thought I’ll give it a go. I’d not been able to stick to any exercise regime with dvds just repeating themselves, but THIS workout series is incredible! I’m so motivated! I consider myself average in terms of athleticism/strength... been doing body pump 2-3 times a week for a couple of months and saw some subtle results. But then I stumbled on Caroline’s workouts and started the Epic program, and DAMN I’m already seeing real results!!! I feel stronger and I am already getting more toned. Tabata is amazing and the way Caroline organises it , is an icing on the cake🔥💪. For the burnout her energy is insane , I would definitely do less reps than that to conserve my energy ( also because I cannot do it .) I just did the workout and it was not difficult 😅 and I mean way easier than the burpee HIIT 🙏. If you breathe properly it is a big help. Yup I was able to do the burnout 9 times , Caroline must have done it 15+ times 😂🙏.

this is the first HIIT from Caroline EPIC 1 program that I could finish off!! Pretty proud to be very honest xD the first week i only able to finish with a lot of skips and pause, while the second week i change it to low impact ver. Now I'm on my third week and able to finish this one off without any skips and pause. It's beautiful to see my own progress, thankyou for the great program Caroline!

Epic Round 2! Wow got my heart racing throughout this one. Grateful to report my roll to push up have absolutely improved since round one when I basically just flailed on the mat 😂 Hope my fellow Round Two-ers had a great week 2 repeat!
I did this HIIT again today!! After so long as I did it in the Epic program!! What a brilliantly planned session as always!! Loved each set.. Its after so long I did those 180 degree lunge jumps, gluten jumps and downward dog jumps!! That was a nice practice for these exercises!! Diver push-ups combined with alternate leg tricep push-ups set my arms on fire 🔥 Caroline is absolutely an amazing and exceptional trainer!! I am so grateful to have her as a trainer!! Hi Miriam. I am Aline and I too live in Mexico (Tulum) I have been doing the EPIC program for two weeks. I am 73 so some of these exercises are a bit too much for me, but I modify and try to do as much as possible. I see a change in my shoulders, back and abs. Even at my age you can change your body. Un abrazo. Que sigues trabajando.
My heart was exploding during the last minute. But I pushed hard, did not make any modifications and did not rest. Thank you Caroline for making us strong mentally and physically!

First EPIC workout done during my time of the month... really highlighted how much my balance , strength and co-ordination is affected by my period! But I kept that in mind and did my best, knowing that next week I can work at 100% again!

Finally day 15 ✅ I’m so addictive! Sometimes I purposely skip my rest day coz I’m so excited to move forward! Seeing the changes in my body make me have more positive outlook.. This is my first program with Caroline. I skipped the first 2 weeks’ HIIT workouts because of fear but decided to do the scheduled one today. I crushed it with no modifications but a lot of huffing and puffing. This is the vote of confidence I needed before I turn 43 next week! You are THE BEST, Caroline!

Week 3 is done. I was supposed to do this hiit on Sunday, but I didn't have enough time last week, so I did it today, Tuesday, Aug 20. Absolutely love this one, I've been working on my handstand for a while, so I find this type of hiit really helpful to build core strengths. I feel so alive now.
Each day I think "this is it, it is the harder workout she can make me do!". And each day I'm wrong. You are amazing! Thank you.

Hi Caroline...this looks like a brilliant way to start a Sunday morning. I really enjoy TABATA..it is a great way to work hard with repeats and only short rests! It is fantastic just how much time you put into planning these workouts so that we always have different variations and your choice of exercises is always so carefully chosen...keeps it all interesting and motivating...but I know it must take you a lot of time! I did the low impact alternative linked at the description in the morning and this tabata workout just now in the evening, and I can say that the low impact one is not at all easier, so anyone thinking about choosing the alternative, think twice, don't expect it would be an easy path =))

Its Sunday HIIT and this one absolutely flies, however, that doesnt mean its easy. In fact it really does send the pulse racing, the press up section is particularly challenging especially when you're out of breath. For me I was about 50/50 in the peak and cardio zone.🔥🔥🔥 Always remember the formula

First time going through this program and I remember Week 1 when i couldn't do a single proper diver push up. AND NOW - just 15 days in, I could do at least 2 per round! without going to my knees! If that is not a sign of progress, I don't know what is. Thanks Caroline!

I enjoyed it. It was tough. And it turns out those two things are often directly proportional when I do a Caroline Girvan workout :)
I'm loving this programme so far. It's incredibly humbling having to modify because I'm not quite at your level yet, Caroline; but I still find myself attempting every exercise and laughing at myself along the way - and that is a huge step for me.

I’d not been able to stick to any exercise regime with dvds just repeating themselves, but THIS workout series is incredible! I’m so motivated! I consider myself average in terms of athleticism/strength... been doing body pump 2-3 times a week for a couple of months and saw some subtle results. But then I stumbled on Caroline’s workouts and started the Epic program, and DAMN I’m already seeing real results!!! I feel stronger and I am already getting more toned. Tabata is amazing and the way Caroline organises it , is an icing on the cake🔥💪. For the burnout her energy is insane , I would definitely do less reps than that to conserve my energy ( also because I cannot do it .) I just did the workout and it was not difficult 😅 and I mean way easier than the burpee HIIT 🙏. If you breathe properly it is a big help. Yup I was able to do the burnout 9 times , Caroline must have done it 15+ times 😂🙏.

this is the first HIIT from Caroline EPIC 1 program that I could finish off!! Pretty proud to be very honest xD
the first week i only able to finish with a lot of skips and pause, while the second week i change it to low impact ver. Now I'm on my third week and able to finish this one off without any skips and pause. It's beautiful to see my own progress, thankyou for the great program Caroline!

I did this HIIT again today!! After so long as I did it in the Epic program!! What a brilliantly planned session as always!! Loved each set.. Its after so long I did those 180 degree lunge jumps, gluten jumps and downward dog jumps!! That was a nice practice for these exercises!! Diver push-ups combined with alternate leg tricep push-ups set my arms on fire 🔥 Caroline is absolutely an amazing and exceptional trainer!! I am so grateful to have her as a trainer!! Thank you so much Caroline for everything that you do for us!! Love you lots ❤❤
