I literally messed up two moves in the beginning and started over because I’m a perfectionist and I want to did the move right the sweat picked up near the middle though for sure because I wasn’t so in my head with the moves

It started being a real challenge half way through...I took a few extra 30 second breaks till 90% done 🎉❤ I was shocked to find how hard this workout was...I thought it was going to a lot easier! Loved this challenge!🎉

Seriously the most challenging workout I did in a long time! I was thinking yay it’s only 30 minutes but I had to pause a lot and modified some of the moves so I can do them. 😂Truly enjoyed the challenge. I just did it, it was super intense but Caroline always creates such fun workouts that you forget about the pain:) I am super proud of myself because I could do kneel to squat to squat jump, which I couldn't do in the epic 1, and even with caroline's pace 💪💪 Good luck to everyone, it is hard one but you can do it! Listen to your body and don't force yourself if you are not ready to go hardcore as Caroline. Always quality before quantity! Lovely sunday and Caroline thanks for another brilliant workout!

I found the time went past quickly...I couldn’t believe I was at the end when it came up with the finisher! Finished off with your stretch workout from the other day...if anyone hadn’t done this I really recommend it! What keeps me going is that your workouts are challenging. They awaken my muscles that have probably been unused. I may not be able to do the workouts as perfectly as you, as I have knee pains but certainly the sweat was all worth it. Thank you for keeping us literally on our toes all the time! We love you!
I really love the workouts of Caroline it's challeging and a lot of fun. I tried to stick to a lot different workout/programs, but I was not really looking forward to it. But her workouts and programs...I love it! I get up early in te morning and exercise. These workouts became a part of my routine and I'm thankful for that.
The brilliance continues. This was magnificent. If I had to list my faves, I would list everything. Instead I will mention just a few. 1) knee drive to over lunge ... wow that block really makes you focus on knee drive, going over block instead of around. 2)the gorilla combos ... a different kind of shoulder strength. 3)kick thru donkey ... FUN! 4) kneel to inner foot squat ... balance and hip stability. Amazing. Thank you so very much.

Caroline’s workouts are incredible for becoming an all rounder, sometimes it’s great to go hardcore, but I love how she also teaches us to slow it down sometimes!
Lily Bowen Yes...I was going way too hard every day - crazy box jumps, too much kettlebell, etc. I am loving the balance, the more explosive and also more controlled, slower moves. A+!

OMG 😱😱 A real challenge to start this 3rd week! Indeed, the cardio explodes!!! The body is on fire and our body goes into machine mode! Or rather in animal mode because this session requires a lot of agility and coordination... I loved the intensity, the variety of movements.... 30mins intense to empty your head and fill up with energy while having fun!!! Ive been doing home workouts ever since quarantine started but have really been getting into them since November and discovered you through Linda Sun. HOLY MOLY DONUT SHOP, seriously, your workouts are something different!!! Not a single move Ive seen anywhere, crazy intense but in the end super enjoyable. Once again, underestimated the HIIT workout would make me sweat today. I'm so glad these are only 30 min. I can do an hour of strength training, but caroline's HIITs are next level

Before EPIC I I would normally skip any workout with HIIT on the title. I felt stronger after EPIC I and I must say this one made me feel great despite the difficulty because my strength and endurance is a hell of a lot better when I started EPIC II. Did this workout today for my active rest day as I'd skipped day 11. This workout is great to build up on balance, coordination and core strength. The fact that you work each leg individually makes it impossible to cheat and targets the exact spot. I love the way the abs are solicited for balance without even realizing it. Another great one! I was trying to make a mental note of my favorite exercise so I could tell you a couple of my favorite. About halfway through, I realized that I really loved all of the new moves!! 😆 These were awesome combinations. You weren't kidding that this week is about going deep in the range of motion- even in our hiit! Thank you very much!!

*170 max HR* 🔥🔥🔥 Wow! If I remember correctly, this was my highest HR from all your HIITs. 💥 Maybe because I wore the same shorts so it gave me an extra push! 😆 The first move was really fun! Of course, my fave was the rolling burpees! Thanks Caroline! ❤️ Bring on Week 3! 🙌

This was the last workout that I ever did at the apartment complex that we just moved out of. Moving from there was a bittersweet experience. I loved the fitness center there, which had three walls of windows and a mirror on the fourth where I would frequently check my form. Anyway, I was feeling exhausted from packing, but decided to go for a HIIT workout anyway, and was soooo glad that I did because I felt at peak performance during this workout. It was God’s gift to me at this time of transition and sadness.
WOW, after this workout, I'll spend the rest of the day on the floor. 😂😂😂 Can't wait to turn the sound up to the max and start this challenge....maybe apologise my neighbours in advance🤗 Happy HIIT day, everyone😊
Wow, Caroline! This is truly another level. I didn't follow some of the advanced moves (e.g., single leg pushup burpees), so instead I did half burpees. Thanks for pushing us everyday!
You can do it and hopefully smiling at points too! I called it hard because it was for me...I could always make it easier but pushing yourself that little bit more changes it!! ⭐️
It's super sweaty and challenging for me, specially these combinations of jumps with push-ups on one leg. But it rocks your Sunday from the beginning 👍 Together with the stretching session, this is gold! PS. My braids or pony tail don't support the effort and are a mess hahaha, Caroline is always perfect! 🤩
I must have been insane to attempt this one at age 55, with damaged arthritic shoulders, knees and wrists, but I finished it, with only a few push-up modifications! I'm late to the programs and a couple of months behind everyone else, but I'm so, so glad I found Caroline. I don't think I'll ever need to go back to a gym now, even though I'm vaccinated. She is such a huge gift to the world.

So, here are some lessons from doing Epic II while having COVID-19: a) Accept where your body is at today and don't compare its today with last week or Caroline's abilities or anyone else's. b) Yes, it's possible that you're going to get physically a bit weaker after having to take it easy day after day for weeks but even pro athletes get injured sometimes and work their way back and you can, too. c) Honor your body and do what you can do today and take breaks when you need to (even when getting out of breath during the warm-up, and yes, that's happening now). d) This is a great opportunity to reconnect with how it feels to be a beginner and to have compassion for people who have gotten the courage to get started for the first time (and if that's the case for anyone who's reading this, know that you are awesome and we see and honor your courage!). e) Sometimes, it's not so easy to figure out when you really do need a break and when you're using your illness as an excuse but sticking with it and trying to get that balance right and push yourself without crossing the line is a great mental challenge that can be taken into other areas of life, too. f) Be grateful for what you ARE able to do today instead of focusing on what you can't do. Enjoy every movement, every breath, every bird that flies by your window. Look for the many, many precious gifts that we are constantly receiving and think about how lucky we really are. I read in this Sunday World article that Caroline is training for an ultra marathon that is gonna happen later this year. And now, I know that by the time I get to the end of Epic 2, I will be crushing my 10k if not for an ultra marathon :) More power to you, Caroline!
Day 11- omgggg the best workout ever definitely it was hard but fun too😍I didn't even realise that 35 min has passed❤loved it and feeling strong afterwards 💪🔥🥵 Enjoybility:10/10 Difficulty:10/10 The best workout ❤definitely I was not able to do as fast as caroline and my form wasn't perfect either but all that matters is I pushed myself hard and have seen many improvements since epic 1....we all are strong and we can do this💪💕
Great workout. It was hard and I was sweating like a pig but I made it. In epic to I couldn't do the knees, squad, jump. Today I did it for the entire 40sec. I'm so proud of myself. I Love seeing how I'm getting stronger. Thanks Caroline 💪❤
Nice job Desmarie!! That combo is hard. I can do it about half the time. I had to alternate between the regular and the alternative. My legs didn't to function properly the entire time haha!
I completed this workout, and am obediently following the epic 2 program. Regardless to say, this was the toughest day till now. But I am proud that I pushed through it. Just did this... Great workout, 2 moves I had to modify for myself. One I marched in place the other I did jumping jacks. I always know it's going to be intense when I see the braids and this was intense... Caroline, I honestly don't know how you do this. Your workouts are the hardest workouts I have ever done and I am always drenched by the end, but still, 30 mins feel like 5 and I am always smiling, shouting 'Oh my God!!!!!,' and laughing by the end!!! Probably why my family thinks im crazy! :)

By far the most interesting, and complicated( in a fun and challenging way) HIiT workout I have ever done ... and I do lots of Hiit workouts . Thank you this has been my favorite workout of this series so far as a working mom of 2 a 30minute killer workouts are my favorite.

Dear Caroline, I found your videos about a month ago and I fell in love with your workouts from day 1. I’m 16 years old and (as you may imagine) as a teen, self-love is pretty hard to gain, but when I started doing your workouts I just learned to love myself even more everyday. Thank you for making me want to continue my weight loss journey in a healthy way and inspire me to live positively.
Epic II day 11 done ✅ Warning ⚠️ do not attempt this workout until you are fully awake and in full possession of all your faculties! 🤣 At 6am having just rolled out of bed, I admit it took my brain quite some time to get to grips with what the hell was going on 😳🧐 It is a real test of balance, coordination and agility - the burpees were (in my opinion) one of the easiest exercises in this workout!! I wanted to quit so many times and had to modify all over the place but I. Got. It. Done. 😅💪
Caroline, I cannot thank you enough for this series and this workout in particular was so revitalizing. It made me cry. It made me laugh. I felt I was able to release so much stress from my pelvis and lower back. I love the way you go connecting muscles group. Never going to film my attempts, they are not very graceful and my wife can't watch as she cries with laughter.

Hi all!! I’ve been following along with Caroline’s workouts and I love them so much!! They’re always a challenge but you get out what you put into it. I haven’t commented before cause I’m a little late to the Epic II program. After this workout I felt like it was worth commenting to join this awesome community. What a killer HIIT today! I had a blast.
Seriously the most challenging workout I did in a long time! I was thinking yay it’s only 30 minutes but I had to pause a lot and modified some of the moves so I can do them. 😂Truly enjoyed the challenge. I’m a fitness instructor and this workout kick my butt!! Thank you Caroline for your all your hard work in keeping us all fit during this lockdown!

Hi, Matthew and everyone! I just did it, it was super intense but Caroline always creates such fun workouts that you forget about the pain:) I am super proud of myself because I could do kneel to squat to squat jump, which I couldn't do in the epic 1, and even with caroline's pace 💪💪
Good luck to everyone, it is hard one but you can do it! Listen to your body and don't force yourself if you are not ready to go hardcore as Caroline. Always quality before quantity!

What keeps me going is that your workouts are challenging. They awaken my muscles that have probably been unused. I may not be able to do the workouts as perfectly as you, as I have knee pains but certainly the sweat was all worth it. Thank you for keeping us literally on our toes all the time! We love you!

The brilliance continues. This was magnificent. If I had to list my faves, I would list everything. Instead I will mention just a few. 1) knee drive to over lunge ... wow that block really makes you focus on knee drive, going over block instead of around. 2)the gorilla combos ... a different kind of shoulder strength. 3)kick thru donkey ... FUN! 4) kneel to inner foot squat ... balance and hip stability. Amazing. Thank you so very much.

OMG 😱😱 A real challenge to start this 3rd week! Indeed, the cardio explodes!!! The body is on fire and our body goes into machine mode! Before EPIC I I would normally skip any workout with HIIT on the title. I felt stronger after EPIC I and I must say this one made me feel great despite the difficulty because my strength and endurance is a hell of a lot better when I started EPIC II.

Did this workout today for my active rest day as I'd skipped day 11. This workout is great to build up on balance, coordination and core strength. The fact that you work each leg individually makes it impossible to cheat and targets the exact spot. I love the way the abs are solicited for balance without even realizing it. Another great one! I was trying to make a mental note of my favorite exercise so I could tell you a couple of my favorite. About halfway through, I realized that I really loved all of the new moves!! 😆 These were awesome combinations. You weren't kidding that this week is about going deep in the range of motion- even in our hiit! Thank you very much!!

This was the last workout that I ever did at the apartment complex that we just moved out of. Moving from there was a bittersweet experience. I loved the fitness center there, which had three walls of windows and a mirror on the fourth where I would frequently check my form. Anyway, I was feeling exhausted from packing, but decided to go for a HIIT workout anyway, and was soooo glad that I did because I felt at peak performance during this workout. It was God’s gift to me at this time of transition and sadness.
WOW, after this workout, I'll spend the rest of the day on the floor. 😂😂😂 Can't wait to turn the sound up to the max and start this challenge....maybe apologise my neighbours in advance🤗 Happy HIIT day, everyone😊

It's super sweaty and challenging for me, specially these combinations of jumps with push-ups on one leg. But it rocks your Sunday from the beginning 👍 Together with the stretching session, this is gold! PS. My braids or pony tail don't support the effort and are a mess hahaha, Caroline is always perfect! 🤩
I must have been insane to attempt this one at age 55, with damaged arthritic shoulders, knees and wrists, but I finished it, with only a few push-up modifications! I'm late to the programs and a couple of months behind everyone else, but I'm so, so glad I found Caroline. I don't think I'll ever need to go back to a gym now, even though I'm vaccinated. She is such a huge gift to the world.

So, here are some lessons from doing Epic II while having COVID-19:
a) Accept where your body is at today and don't compare its today with last week or Caroline's abilities or anyone else's.
b) Yes, it's possible that you're going to get physically a bit weaker after having to take it easy day after day for weeks but even pro athletes get injured sometimes and work their way back and you can, too.
c) Honor your body and do what you can do today and take breaks when you need to (even when getting out of breath during the warm-up, and yes, that's happening now). d) This is a great opportunity to reconnect with how it feels to be a beginner and to have compassion for people who have gotten the courage to get started for the first time (and if that's the case for anyone who's reading this, know that you are awesome and we see and honor your courage!).
e) Sometimes, it's not so easy to figure out when you really do need a break and when you're using your illness as an excuse but sticking with it and trying to get that balance right and push yourself without crossing the line is a great mental challenge that can be taken into other areas of life, too.
f) Be grateful for what you ARE able to do today instead of focusing on what you can't do. Enjoy every movement, every breath, every bird that flies by your window. Look for the many, many precious gifts that we are constantly receiving and think about how lucky we really are.

I read in this Sunday World article that Caroline is training for an ultra marathon that is gonna happen later this year. And now, I know that by the time I get to the end of Epic 2, I will be crushing my 10k if not for an ultra marathon :)

Great workout. It was hard and I was sweating like a pig but I made it. In epic to I couldn't do the knees, squad, jump. Today I did it for the entire 40sec. I'm so proud of myself. I Love seeing how I'm getting stronger. Thanks Caroline 💪❤

Just did this... Great workout, 2 moves I had to modify for myself. One I marched in place the other I did jumping jacks. I always know it's going to be intense when I see the braids and this was intense... Caroline, I honestly don't know how you do this. Your workouts are the hardest workouts I have ever done and I am always drenched by the end, but still, 30 mins feel like 5 and I am always smiling, shouting 'Oh my God!!!!!,' and laughing by the end!!! Probably why my family thinks im crazy! :)
Lol! This workout definitely got me talking outloud a few times. With a "Omg!" Or "That's crazy!...You're crazy!" As if she can hear me🤣. Then I realize I am crazy as well because I just did what she did!😂

By far the most interesting, and complicated( in a fun and challenging way) HIiT workout I have ever done ... and I do lots of Hiit workouts . Thank you this has been my favorite workout of this series so far as a working mom of 2 a 30minute killer workouts are my favorite.
This one was deceivingly challenging! At first I was like wow looks FUN, then while doing it I felt like taking it back! 🥵🥵😫😂😂🥰🥰

I found your videos about a month ago and I fell in love with your workouts from day 1. I’m 16 years old and (as you may imagine) as a teen, self-love is pretty hard to gain, but when I started doing your workouts I just learned to love myself even more everyday. At 6am having just rolled out of bed, I admit it took my brain quite some time to get to grips with what the hell was going on 😳🧐
It is a real test of balance, coordination and agility - the burpees were (in my opinion) one of the easiest exercises in this workout!!
I wanted to quit so many times and had to modify all over the place but I. Got. It. Done. 😅💪

Caroline, I cannot thank you enough for this series and this workout in particular was so revitalizing. It made me cry. It made me laugh. I felt I was able to release so much stress from my pelvis and lower back. I love the way you go connecting muscles group.
