I will say this again, I have been going to the gym for ages, and it was literally impossible for me to do burpees and pushups before I started training with Caroline and the whole story, mind and body, changed for good. Not enough words to thank you Caroline!

There are women who complain that sport outfits and running shoes for women are too often pink and that it's too girly, but I love it, and so does Caroline apparently. It creates such a healthy glow effect ! Are you one of those men who happily wear pink shirts ? In France we have a rugby team (le Stade Français) whose outfit is pink down to the socks 💕💕. All Black Byron Kelleher said he wasn't too keen on the colour when he joined the team 😆😆😆

That was one of her more challenging HIIT workouts. I kept saying why is the time going so slow! I ate too much yesterday and that definitely contributed to lack of endurance. I had to take 3 second breaks throughout
Yes!! Totally relatable. I felt invincible when we got to the tuck jumps! But then yep..that faded really fast😂! Definitely one of the hardest HIIT days we've done. Love it!

I love Caroline!! This lady is crazy in a good way. Just looking at her makes me feel nothing is impossible. Been working out since I was 19 and I've never looked or felt better. The things I'm able to do now at 48 amaze me because at 19 I didn't think it was possible. Caroline workouts are definitely not for the soft minded. Thanks to Caroline I'm not only physically stronger but my mind and will are stronger as well. She is the best trainer I've come across 💛.

Don't really focus on the weight scale, I'm sure 24 days of Caroline has really strengthened your muscles, and increased them. Therefore you lost just 4kgs of weight & some ammount of muscle added to it.
Just finished with the session followed by 1,000 reps of abs. The core & abs got a solid training during the HIIT and then solidified with challenge. It was a death by 1000 reps. What an amazing start to Sunday! Thank you Caroline ⭐️

You can do it!! Simply go at a pace that is challenging for you!! I always do and infact some days I’m quicker than others too... some days I am sharp and can really rock out those burpees but other days I might be slightly slower and that’s fine too so long it’s it’s challenging me!! Hello. I have missed this community. I had to force myself to take 2 weeks off for PT to nurse a pulled back muscle. So other than walking and stretching, I've been MIA from here. Soooooooo HAPPY to be back and able to do this workout with just a few minor tweaks. I've learned the hard way over my life of exercise that taking a week longer than I think I need keeps me away from months long rehabilitation and complete mental breakdown 🥴 Happy HIIT Sunday 💪👍👋
I was really disheartened that I haven’t been losing much on the scales recently but then did an old workout of yours and can now do the plank challenge, before I could only do 30 seconds. I was feeling like absolute sh!t today, I was exhausted, irritable, and in one of my self destructive "I hate everything about myself" moods. Caroline, somehow, always makes me feel better, and gives me a much better outlook on working out and on life in general.
Because of you I am constantly surprised by what my body can do. Whenever I try a new move or position, there's always a small voice in my head that tells me I can't do it. Then I see you on the screen giving it your best and I am reminded that your workouts are about progress not perfection. Thank you for showing me that workouts could be fun and positive, and for showing me that there was more to life than aesthetic body goals. This workout was me vs me, and even though I struggled during some parts: I feel like I've already won! :) I am new to your workouts but thank you so much, Caroline! 💕

Really enjoyed today's workout inspite of not being a HIIT fan. The staple excercise was quite attainable and the rhythm was fantastic. Literally kept me on my toes. Something tells me that EPIC HEAT is going to be a real burner!!!

Well I thought I was in pretty good shape until I did this workout...it almost destroyed me! I threw up a little and almost cried😅 But I made it through! Thanks Caroline for the challenging workouts! I hate them in the moment but love the feeling when I’ve completed them!😂👏🏽
I was out when single leg push up came, I had to switch to some abs exercises. This is workout from hell and my tomorrow soreness will confirm it. I'll try next week 👍

Hi team, Caroline’s workouts are truly amazing. I finished Epic II and gained muscles equal to 10% previous body weight. Now I finished the kettle bell training, with 15m cardio/HIIT/abs after each session. I found myself more shredded. Both my strength and agility improved. E.g. I used to do shoulder press with 3kg, the 5kg and now 7kg, even a few with 8kg. I am amazed by how visibly effective Caroline’s workouts are. I’m keen to follow the Epic Heat! Let’s go!

The steroid stuffed chicken really wanted to jump out and exercise ! Now I know that Sunday hiit-s only after a light breakfast. Caroline! I like hiits! Stan entered at 98% and said “ please, stop! What are you doing!? Survive!” Waited for the end.. he looked with horror at you.. you smiled.. he was 👀👀👀👀 and commented: “and the beast is smiling! I was just telling one of my friends this! I became way more motivated to workout once I started wearing gym shoes and an actual workout outfit
I just wear something that shows the areas I want to get leaner in and it really motivates me 😃

There are women who complain that sport outfits and running shoes for women are too often pink and that it's too girly, but I love it, and so does Caroline apparently. It creates such a healthy glow effect ! Are you one of those men who happily wear pink shirts ? In France we have a rugby team (le Stade Français) whose outfit is pink down to the socks 💕💕. All Black Byron Kelleher said he wasn't too keen on the colour when he joined the team 😆😆😆

That was one of her more challenging HIIT workouts. I kept saying why is the time going so slow! I ate too much yesterday and that definitely contributed to lack of endurance. I had to take 3 second breaks throughout

I love Caroline!! This lady is crazy in a good way. Just looking at her makes me feel nothing is impossible. Been working out since I was 19 and I've never looked or felt better. The things I'm able to do now at 48 amaze me because at 19 I didn't think it was possible. Caroline workouts are definitely not for the soft minded. Thanks to Caroline I'm not only physically stronger but my mind and will are stronger as well. She is the best trainer I've come across 💛.

Don't really focus on the weight scale, I'm sure 24 days of Caroline has really strengthened your muscles, and increased them. Therefore you lost just 4kgs of weight & some ammount of muscle added to it.
Just finished with the session followed by 1,000 reps of abs. The core & abs got a solid training during the HIIT and then solidified with challenge. It was a death by 1000 reps. What an amazing start to Sunday! Thank you Caroline ⭐️

Hello. I have missed this community. I had to force myself to take 2 weeks off for PT to nurse a pulled back muscle. So other than walking and stretching, I've been MIA from here.
Soooooooo HAPPY to be back and able to do this workout with just a few minor tweaks.
I've learned the hard way over my life of exercise that taking a week longer than I think I need keeps me away from months long rehabilitation and complete mental breakdown 🥴

Because of you I am constantly surprised by what my body can do. Whenever I try a new move or position, there's always a small voice in my head that tells me I can't do it. Then I see you on the screen giving it your best and I am reminded that your workouts are about progress not perfection. Hi team, Caroline’s workouts are truly amazing. I finished Epic II and gained muscles equal to 10% previous body weight. Now I finished the kettle bell training, with 15m cardio/HIIT/abs after each session. I found
myself more shredded. Both my strength and agility improved. E.g. I used to do shoulder press with 3kg, the 5kg and now 7kg, even a few with 8kg. I am amazed by how visibly effective Caroline’s workouts are. I’m keen to follow the Epic Heat! Let’s go!

I loved the workout - thank you, Caroline. I squeezed it right before work, at 8:30am, it it is so great to get some movement in the body before sitting for hours and days in lockdown. Great exercise, thanks again!

I may have sworn at you a couple times but it was my own doing. I completed high knees HIIT and followed it by this spontaneous HIIT!

Oh my gosh that was so much fun. And very sweaty! Major 🔥 for me on the front to back squat jumps and the 3 hops to plank. Loved them and this. We are all so spoiled by Caroline! Grateful.
