1. In Filter Curve EQ or Graphic EQ" click the Manage button
2. From the dropdown menu click Import...

1. 30:15 -> Noise reduction
2. 39:24 -> Eq (filter curve/Graphic eq)
3. 41:55 -> Compression (-15db threshold, -40db Noise floor, 2:1 talking 4:1 singing)
4. 43:48 -> Normalization (-3db)
14:55 -> Plosive (pencil tool)
46:10 -> Sibilance (De-amplify)
34:40 -> Noise gate (primarily long form audio)
53:24 -> Add background music + fade in/out (Envelope tool)
57:00 -> Export (Ctrl+Shift+E)
18:25 -> Hotkeys
To find hot key's click EDIT at top of audacity screen and than click preferences.

Also I have an interface which has 2 primary unbalanced XLR inputs, there is another 2 balanced XLR inputs but I can't record audio through these inputs (inputs 3&4 on the steinberg UR44). And idea on how to get the interface to use the last 2 inputs rather than the first two

34:27 ...dude, this is a game changer for me Josh. I at first didn't understand the importance of "noise gate"...until I thought back at all the times I've gone through and silenced out breathing, creaking chair, etc, something I sometimes put off doing in audacity and physically cut up with FCPX. Bam. Simplified.

This was great! The wife and I started a podcast February 2021 and being new to it I have found your videos to be the most helpful out there, hands down.
