Tim has put out (so far) 5 videos from his do-wop album. In addition to this one, he just dropped Why do Fools Fall in Love last month, and the others are In My Room, Since I Don't Have You, and Come Go With Me. All of them are "all Tim", form the bass to the falsetto. Enjoy!

I think he said there were 17 tracks for this and all Tim. Someone mentioned the collab with The Bass Gang, they featured him on Hooked On A Feeling. Definitely check it out.

Perhaps about year and a half ago(?), the guys were on tour and Austin was quite ill, unable to perform. Recall reading that Tim did Austin's parts (presumably Chance covered for Tim). More doo-wop by Tim to be had online. Their versatility came to the rescue. 😊

Seeing his sound engineer in the background grooving and smiling says it all... He can tell that this was an amazing experience for him to record. This song, better than most, demonstrates all of his octaves and a bit in between.
For a real treat, go listen to tim singing, 'can't help falling in love.' He accompanies himself on the piano while singing this love song in such a tender and intimate way. His range and vocal agility as well as various style techniques are shown off. Its a gorgous rendition.

I love watching people hear this for thee first time. Pretty much what I did, too. His whole doowop album is fabulous. All Tim, all the time. And I always get a giggle out of Chris rockin' out in the control room.

Yeah Tim just showing off that 5 octave range for ya. He was doing all the parts, including the claps and snaps. He has a whole album of songs where he does all the parts. I love In My Room (by The Beach Boys originally). Tim is super talented. 😍😄 Good one Gingerly

Another great rendition by Tim Foust. Love his new cd with all the older doo-wop songs. His voice really suits this genre of music. We know he can really bring the bass but how about his falsetto? He has a 5 octave range. I have always loved these 2 songs from 1960 "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" by The Shirelles & "Stay" by Maurice Williams & The Zodiacs.

I don't know, but highly suspect that Tim got the idea for layering himself from Peter Hollens (go see the two of them doing "Misty Mountains" - WOW!) .
Tim starts in his incredible bass then surprises us with his impeccable tenor. Once he's done there he decides to throw in some of most solid mid range that you'll ever hear.
