If this country has different laws for different religion's
Than how come India is secular???

    • @abinashdas9619
      @abinashdas9619 4 года назад

Article 44 under DPSP states that we should have uniform civil code. But it did not mention any mandatory procedures. Moreover, when the word secular was inducted in our constitution via 42 nd amendment, it was mentioned that we as a country will use the word secular in a positive way. That means we will respect every religion. That's why, there are laws based on religious beliefs.
But some other countries term secular in a negative way i.e. they will never promote any religion.

      @@abinashdas9619 Indian constitution is confusing
Just look at the Right to equally section (article 16)
Their will be no Discrimination in case of employment
But look their is total discrimination
In case of admissions in school, college, universities
      In case of employment
Deserved is excluded and reserved is included
      Article-30
Rights of minorities to establish and administration educational institutions
What was the use of making India and Pakistan???
      If hindus don't have rights
In Pakistan also hindus have no rights where as in India also
Who will have more rights in your house you or I???
      You will have
But a Arabic religion has more rights in India than Indian religion
I in my own country have less rights than others just because of secularism
Our Temples are run by government where as mosques and churches are not
      Maulanas gets salary from government
But a temple has to pay for pandits
You can open as many as madarsa, church and mosques in India
You need not have to take permission from government
But for temple and gurukuls you should take permission from government
95% of the world's hindus are in India
      In India secularism means anti-hindu
In India indian religion should have more rights but that will be discriminatory
But if a Arabic religion have more rights than it is secularism
If you cannot give us more rights than at least give us equal rights
Because we are the origin of India

I had constructed a house with my own savings. I was owner of that house. After some years, I had transferred the ownership of that house from me to my father. I’ve a sister. After my father’s death, can I claim the whole house or the house will be divided between me and my sister? If my father writes a will for that house, will that be valid? (I'm male)
