Act was amended in 2005 but its clear now that the effect of act is retrospective not prospective. But Apex court need revision on current judgment because So many disputes and rights comes in judiciary.

And keeping aside about the property sharing, what about the debts sharing mam? My paternal grandfather made a debt of 3 lacs and passed away. My father and his brother ( who have 2 elder sisters) cleared the debt later by facing hard times. But are these daughters are ready to share the debts too? Is there any law for that mam?

According to a bombay hc judgement.. Both daughter and son are equally responsible for their parents maintenance.. A girl can also be punished if she dosen't take care of her parents.. Bcoz a daughter does nt sieze to be a daughter after marriage.. U can read that judgement
Laws shouls be gender neutral. No gender should suffer and no gender should enjoy all the benefits. Property and debt of parents should be equally distributed between both son and daughter. Exactly both inheritance and responsibility should be equally distributed
My father never came to see me when born because I was second daughter. Then he had a son. He wanted to give me up for adoption. Then he made me sign all property documents, without reading, inside a train, to give to his Only son..

married or not married does not matter. as per justice arun mishra " once a daughter always a daughter" section 6 (1) of hindu succession act 1956 clearly states how can daughters have right in ancestral property as coparcener. that is by " birth" .
If the property is about to get settled between one's son n daughter! N if the daughter already got too much of gold from dad! Will it be taken into account while dividing the property? Like she received already lot of things so the property can't get divided equally ! Coz she received so many things before ! Likewise?
Article 44 under DPSP states that we should have uniform civil code. But it did not mention any mandatory procedures. Moreover, when the word secular was inducted in our constitution via 42 nd amendment, it was mentioned that we as a country will use the word secular in a positive way. That means we will respect every religion. That's why, there are laws based on religious beliefs. But some other countries term secular in a negative way i.e. they will never promote any religion.

I had constructed a house with my own savings. I was owner of that house. After some years, I had transferred the ownership of that house from me to my father. I’ve a sister. After my father’s death, can I claim the whole house or the house will be divided between me and my sister? If my father writes a will for that house, will that be valid? (I'm male)
