There WAS actually a Scamp, in Disney's 60's/70's comic strips and books, so it's not just another "Disney Parents" sequel trying to sell to moms with money.
I remember the Scamp comics! For some reason we had a “reading period” for 15 minutes at the top of my 7th grade science class and our teacher had a bunch of Disney comics - so that’s what I’d read - Scamp included!
To be honest I enjoy half of these Disney direct-to-video and I really enjoy the chemistry of scamp and Angel much more than Lady and the Tramp also they kept as close as they can to recreate the original aesthetic of the 1955 movie even though it's been half a century since then also the singing voice for Angel is Susan Egan who was the voice of Meg from Hercules and rose quartz also pink diamond and who also played Belle from the original beauty and beast Musical on Broadway
@@oliviarogers3559 in the book it's confirmed that Angel is "about Scamps age". she's probably only a tiny bit older. but it's possible that buster is only like 2 years old, so it's not too weird, considering Scamp is 8 months old so he's almost an adult in dog years. what's creepier is the super old female dog flirting with Scamp lol
They have such a good relashionship....healthy conflict, having fun but not being reckless (when they got in trouble it was not intentionnal at all), genuinely being open to each other, caring and wanting the best for each other and not holding back from each other. They also make each other grow and see different perspectives. They also give us reason to love their relashionship and appreciate it for both sides, those are all things that I need to see to say I love a relashionship, which is something I struggle with in the first movie. Tramp was not really such an approbable choice of a love interest at first.
I remember as a kid my favorite dog in this movie was the sheepdog only because he was voiced by the same guy who also voices Patrick Star in Spongebob.
My favorite is Angel. She's so cute and adorable and I love her personality. I would love to have a dog like her. Also, I didn't know that he was voiced by the voice of Patrick. Thanks for the info!
Great Video I Loved This Movie Scamp is adorable 😊 At the end I always wanted them to make a third one just to see how Angel’s life is now living with Scamp and The family 🙂
So as a kid living on a tiny island in the middle of nowhere, there weren't a lot of video shops growing up, so if I wanted a certain movie, it Wasn't there and I had to grab the next best thing, I saw many of the Disney sequels before the original, this was one of them
I'm not very familiar with actors/voices but one of my favorite parts of your reactions is when you recognize them. It's really fun. I hope you have/had fun at Disney!
7:05 To be very honest I’ve been laughing at this part for about 3 Hours and for the people who don’t know why it makes me laugh is because this dog even when he’s tired, sleeping, angry, etc. His facial expression is always the same when he was shocked at this part getting hit by a car he’s expression was the same again like no reaction just a jaw drop
She is IN-CREDIBLE in SoapDish - I movie I have loved since seeing it in the theater. Unfortunately, her character’s “big reveal” for comic effect isn’t very funny when taking a step back and thinking what would happen if a trans actress was outed on live TV without her prior knowledge - so NOT ok!)
Will admit, at the start, I thought something was either wrong with the audio or you were leaving the movie silent for some reason before I realized there was a song playing and then you muting for that made more sense. In my defence, I haven't watched this movie more than once and that was over 5 years ago.
Oh my god,I'm pretty sure the voice actor of the Tramp in this movie is the same voice actor for Brad the Fraternity leader from an Extremely Goofy Movie
I've always liked the opening song of this film. It has been stuck in the back of my head for years now. Other than that, I don't remember the movie much.
The tramp has not gone soft he knows what it's like to be kicked out of a house and he does not want that for his son its completely understandable that he acts that way towards scamp and besidehe has a kid what do you expect. It makes perfect sense that he's acting more responsible. Although I will say they took a bit too much of his old personality away. And lady says absolutely nothing I would have liked to seen her grow as a character a bit more.
This movie is ok. Not super charming like the original but not awful either. The new dog's sotry is interresting.... not very developped but still cool to learn. Angel is such a likable character; she's cute, smart and can fight rats; that's impressive O-O The songs are alright. Family is my favorite, it has a good message and cute lyrics. The love song is great too, simple and catchy. Lady does NOTHING important during the entire movie. Except following her husband, she doesn't look for her kid or asked her friends for help. They did it on their own. It's sad that she's tossed aside ;( Yes the movie isn't about her BUT Lady is the mother of the main character, she's important! Guess the producers didn't tought that. The fat lady loosing her wig TWICEwas not funny, same for the new dog catcher. In the original, we didn't saw their faces which makes them look scary and mysterious. The one who caught Tramp said he will KILL the dog. That was terrifying! Here we got an idiot with a weird face who can't catch dogs... yay U-U The joke was lame and the dog catcher too! Scamp was very unlikable. He DIDN'T felt guilty to leave his family even after seeing them crying and missing him. Also, he refuses to lived with Angel because she '' can't understand '' how hard his life was. The kid didn't appologise for that as well. I am supposed to find him nice and root for him? Nope, it won't work! This character is a jerk who got what he wanted even if he didn't deserve it.

@@DeepDiveDisneysomeday in the future Lady and the Tramp 3 could come out after the years and time and cycle pass to make it come true
Lady and the Tramp 2: Trying To Remember The Title.
Now THAT'S a sequel I'd wanna see 😆

This movie is definitely underrated
It’s good👍🏻
I love both the 1st & 2nd One

Angel is my favourite here and the singing voices from Hercules. Hercules and Meg

Me too. I did s fanfic script for a third movie. I called it Lady and the Tramp III Scamp and Angel's Ultimate Choice!
Same here. Though my idea would be in the form of a series.

Lady is voiced by the voice of Ariel in this movie because the original one passed away years ago. She's a good replacement though.
“And Peggy.” I love that Hamilton reference 👌

I know couple of voices of the junkyard dogs the big fluffy dog is voiced by Patrick star and the old dog is voice by the late great Mickey Rooney
Favorite movie as a child next to the Lion king/2
I would love if you could react to my favourite underrated Disney movies
Dinosaur, The Empre’s new groove and Oliver and company.
I’d add Brother Bear and Atlantis the Lost Empire
Cathy Moriarty is a distant cousin of mine. Just throwing that out there.

I bet scamp would be a die hard new England patriots fan in real life, like me
Oh my gosh I'm not the only one I still think the dog catcher is voiced by donn knocks
Dog catcher is pleakly
I like original lady and the tramp
Please do Peter pan 2
There's a fox and the hound 2 and there's a bambi 2 just saying
Bambi 2 is one of my favorites sequels of Disney movies. I love the father and son relationship in that movie.
I dont think I have seen this movie, however I have read the book so...

Oh I’m sorry would you rather be watching g that god awful live action remake?
Scamp's ears go down when he sees the baby upset so he did feel bad for it
Lion king 2?
It's on the list!
