It was a Saturday morning , I was in the Marines , Southern California . One of those like CBS Saturday morning America shows , they introduce a new artist to play live . The drum kick to Hurt So Bad comes in like a freight train , then she comes in with Telecaster equipped with butterfly decals . I’ve been a fan since .. one of the artist I’ve used to figure out life . Congrats , still being a force of nature ..

Sure enough, there was an old cover of the song. I'll add her to my list! Though Bonnie and Susan still hold the top spots. Thanks for getting me to listen to Nanci's version.
