Just subscribed, love your honesty. I would love to see what you eat. This is where I have a big problem, my eating. It's just me, I need to work out more, only going out to Knott's Berry Farm once a week is not enough.
@@barbieserna7273 I will definitely keep that in mind and start filming what I eat more. Right now I am just using the guide of 5 fruits/vegetables a day, 64 oz of water a day and 30 minutes of some kind of exercise a day. After the new year I will reevaluate 😊 Thank you so much for watching!! 🫶🏼
I wrote down a few things I can do each day to get the weight off....like...drinking water, eating a little less, less carbs, making good healthy choices, exercise etc. Checking them off as I do them. I also do intermittent fasting from 10 -6 eating window. Instead of I cant have this or that, I am keeping track of what I am doing that can make a difference overall. Best luck to you as you do your daily health too.
