Dear, its great that you already know what your fears are... now understand this, if you are a career oriented person then obv. your aim is to eventually become a HR Manager and then HR Head, to be on those levels, you need to have understanding of payroll and statutory compliance, you can't avoid them.. not that you will be doing hands-on work of payroll & compliance at that level, but you will have to take responsibility of decision making... so if you can overcome your fears now itself, that will be good.. and believe me, they are not as bad as they seem.. :) L&D also is a good domain, but ultimately if the goal is to be HR Head then please get exposure of every HR function.. Hi mam I have recently completed my graduation and now I'm working as an HR Executive and I want to make my carrier in HR field. Mam please suggest me will I do MBA or without MBA I am taking position in this field.
Dear, you take an executive MBA program, which is designed for working professionals and does not require you to leave the job.. working exp is always greater than college degree..
Can you please tell me the highest paid income for HR? Also i heard a lot that HR do nothing and they just make rangoli and everyone can become HR thats why its not so valuable
Dear, its funny that people think a company can pay so much salaries for doing rangolis.. anyways about the highest pay of HR... you can check any company's financial statements online, where they have to mandatory disclose the salaries of employees at director level, there you can yourself see, the HR directors are paid 2cr to 5cr.. or can be more depending on which company it is... and decide yourself can a head of rangoli department be paid that much... :)
@@varshakadyan55 mam I am about to start my journey as HR intern...I am very much nervous and don't know anything what exactly as an HR intern I will do...can you give me some basic tips that I should get ready with...or can you give me rough idea what I will do at that intern... second thing why the entry level salaries of HR are so low.
Dear I could get that M&A job because in one of the companies where I worked in past, it got acquired and I was there during that whole process of Acquisition, so I saw everything first hand, how things are happening and the dos & don'ts... I mentioned the same things in my resume and till date I get calls for M&A roles... If you want to get into M&A, you would need to mention some M&A exposure/skills in your resume... All the best!!
Yes you can start HR Consultation or depending on your strongest skill in HR you can start guiding others on that, you can even do freelancing for clients on Upwork, freelancer etc.
No dear, for a fresher it won't be much useful as most of the companies have a full time MBA criteria, plus you will not gain much knowledge in distance MBA, which is required to get you started on the job.
Dear, you can absolutely do HR, but for that first best step would be to get your masters done in HR, or atleast get yourself acquainted with real HR skills.
Dear, for sure you can, there so many people that I have seen making it to top despite of being from ordinary colleges, focus on the skills and learning.. and rest all will come eventually..
Dear, you can, anything is possible, but I think you will find it easier to start from any payroll related profile and then slowly you can move in to the core HR role.
@@varshakadyan55 I mean i have no idea about HR profile , So MNC basically don't hire after huge gap of 5 years being unmarried, They just are ok with technical field but HR i don't know how to enter
@@Soulfull83 Dear, thats just an assumption you have made in your mind, there can be some cases here and there of people not hiring after long gaps, but that doesn't mean no one is hired, I have seen many HR professionals who started after a big gap.. so don't waste your time in thinking, start preparing and applying..

How did you transit into M&A? Becauze thats where i wanna go to.. interesting
