Could you please do a video on skills required to be a HR , tips for introverts who wants to become HR
It's nice to listen to your career journey so far. Thanks for sharing. Is it possible to make an entire video telling how you were able to set up the HR department from scratch at your current role? I just got a job as the HR manager for a startup and I'm tasked with setting up the HR department from scratch. I only have about 2 years of HR experience prior to this role. Your help will be very much appreciated as I don't particularly know where to begin. (I'm grateful to God for the exponential growth I am experiencing though 😊). Thanks
Hey that great! Congratulations! I'm a fresher in the HR department currently working as an HR analyst. I would like to get some guidance from you regarding career growth. What roadmap did you follow to become an HR manager? What tools did you learn and what certifications do you have?
I'm also persuing MBA in HR.I would be really helpful if you make a video on which type of skills required for HR😊 Thank you!

Thank you for sharing this and i completed my MBA in HR in dec 2022 and the same thing i had to reject some campus placement as intern learning and development at Capgemini. Now trying for for better opportunities offline which is really difficult right now as per the market conditions and doing some sort of unpaid internship. I'm worried about the gap i have in after my graduation and this video really helped me to believe, that it's possible ❤

Hi. What can be the salary of hr in talent acquisition in P&G? 2 years experience
My journey as an HR …. 👩💻 ❣ 🍁 ✍
I am a simple girl with lots of dreams.. 🙋♀️
I believe life is like a slice of pizza ..as it involves different type of slices like our LIFE...sometimes Good some times BAD… 🙂
So talking about my journey as an HR ..so after completing my Bachelor’s in BBA .. I left with two options JOB or MBA…I thought why not I pursue MBA in HR ..so I just follow my heart and I completed my masters after that I applied in to many companies but I got rejected everywhere I was very sad I don't know where I was lacking .. since I am fresher I was very confident as well as nervous at the same time .. 🙂 😥
I almost feel hopeless ..but then again every day I motivate myself that okay juhi “ you can do it “ ….just believe in you…Girl… 😇
Then one day I applied in 21kschool…and my journey finally start from here..i got a mail from HR Team that I cleared the interviews round with my manager and director ..and finally I got a call that I am selected in 21kschool as an HR intern…
APRIL 2022..i started working as an HR intern ..everything is new for me since I was complete fresher…but I was very confident that yes I can do well…with that confidence in me I worked for 3 months as an HR INTERN…then after that I got a call from my manager that she is very happy with my work and she promoted me as an HR Executive… 😀 🙂
That time I feel like i was flying haha…i was literally so happy that all the hard work that I have done ..its all worth it… 💁♀️
So its been 9 months as an HR ..and I got a lot of calls messages and emails from my candidates ..that they are thankful to me and 21kschool… 💕
My teammates and manager are very supportive…since I am the youngest one in our Team so they always help me if I face any difficulties … 💖
I am just writing this because I Believe if someone feels the same way like I did then its okay if 'YOU' .. 👇
Its okay if you are not confident sometimes...
Its okay if you think you think this is the end...
Its okay if you feel demotivated ...
Its okay to not be okay…
I am doing my best to be in this HR field…as this is the start of my journey and I believe “ picture abhi baaki h mere dost “…’
So this year I am GRATEFULL for the new journey that I started as an “HR “ In 21kschool… ✍ 😊

Happy to hear from you i am currently pursuing MBA in HR and I have to become an HR Recruiter
Very informative and empowering
Hi mam. Im really happy that you have started a channel for hr. I completed btech(IT) in 2021 and working in cts now. I found myself interested in hr. I need to switch my job but I don't have any management skills since im purely from a tech background. So I'm planning to do internship to start my career in hr. Is that good way mam ?? And please suggest a company thats hiring for hr intern without mba or experience mam
There are many companies.
You can check internships on internshala
Thank mam for this video
Thank for bringing lots of positivity ❤
I started my career in MBA-HR but due to some issues (which was my college fault) now I am pursuing PGDM - in HR. Now it's my career turning point cause our placement process is going on and now I think about my future career in HR those jobs are not given to me that kind of satisfaction so I am not enrolled myself into those jobs. Now I am searching for a good company from where I can learn more about HR and help them to grow with my skills and abilities. It's very hard to switch in a different path in our life but I believe in myself I can & I will.
Thanks for sharing your experience It helps me a lot in my upcoming life.
Best of luck for your new channel......
I'm 29, completed MBA(HRM) in correspondence at 2016. After 1 year joined 3 month intern only. Then married I'm always have a thirst about HR job, this is my dream too..Is it possible now I'm scale up my skills to become a successful HR.
Yes, you can absolutely start over, but try aiming for start up or mid size companies who are not fuzzy about academics, as distance/correspondence MBA is not considered by the sort after brands..
@@thehrdestination Thank you very much for your reply.. I feel very hopeful😊shall I try with internship...can I join your HR course.
@@priyankasivas6527 Dear start with an internship that will give you confidence and clarity on, whether you really wanna pursue HR, once you are sure, you can join my HR course... its pretty deep, so its only worth, once you are sure of your path, else you will unnecessarily overwhelm yourself.
Hello Varsha, I am in a state of dilemma to choose between 2 HR internships. One is a 5 years old US based Software development firm with 35+ employees (1 HR) and the second one is a 11 years old US digital magazine Internet firm with 150+ employees (3 HR's). I would request your view on the preference among the two.
In my opinion, the software development firm will give you better experience, as you will get to involve in variety of aspects of HR, considering it's only 1HR team

Hi varsha. Currently I am working as recruitment coordinator in hr domain. I am having 7 months of experience in hr. I am thinking to perceive MBA In HR to in distance level up my profile. Can you please suggest is it a good idea?
Dear, what is your current education?
Mam I am working in Admin/HR as Supervisor I am graduate in BA will MBA necessary in HR promotion
Mam can a simple Graduate person can become HR Professional without having any HR/MBA DEGREE?
Thank you for your videos mam, I did an MBA hr and I worked as an Hr generalist but the payroll and statutory compliance irritate me because of my lack of knowledge and understandability now, on the other hand, I like training working L&D work more. Mam if I purely go into training executive or L&D profile would in future I need to know hr generalist works also. I also think of whether we have job opportunities in training L&D like in hr. But Sometimes I also felt that I need to face my fear of salary n compliance and become an expert. Should I switch to training or should I be in generalist? I am very tense and confused plz guide😭😭😭
Dear, its great that you already know what your fears are... now understand this, if you are a career oriented person then obv. your aim is to eventually become a HR Manager and then HR Head, to be on those levels, you need to have understanding of payroll and statutory compliance, you can't avoid them.. not that you will be doing hands-on work of payroll & compliance at that level, but you will have to take responsibility of decision making... so if you can overcome your fears now itself, that will be good.. and believe me, they are not as bad as they seem.. :) L&D also is a good domain, but ultimately if the goal is to be HR Head then please get exposure of every HR function.. Rest is obv. your choice, all the very best!!
@@thehrdestination thank you so much mam for guiding and giving your time and advice. It means a lot to me 💓 thank you 🙇

Hlo, i am currently pursuing BJMC. I want to become an HR. please suggest if i should do MBA in HR or not? Is doing MBA worth?
Hey, your BJMC might help you in getting started, try taking up an internship in HR and see if you like the job and then go for a MBA, yes a good MBA(HR) is worth mainly from 2 views:
1- You get the context of whole HR thing
2- Most of the companies have criteria of full time MBA to hire for HR team.

Yeah dear, its totally okay to do Master(MMS) post bms, and what you are calling MBA, I guess you mean PGDM, all renowned colleges that people aspire to get in after CAT exam provide PGDM, not MBA... MBA degree is provided by normal universities and you do not really have to take CAT exam for that....
Whatever you choose is fine, as long as you are committed to learn the real skills of the job and not looking for an easy way to success... All the best!!
