    MBA HR is not the only option you can opt , MAHRM from TISS and MSSW colleges has great value than MBAHR from tier 2 colleges

    True even I feel sometimes in a country like India where humans are not valued already and as the market is competitive we cannot expect HR being valued in itself for their contributions and these AI automation's are giving boost to the egos of the management

    varsha best thing about ur videos is ur honesty, i am aslo a working professional, i also handle a team, but i hav not seen any person guiding young ppl so well , u give honest reviews about jobs , which is gud, we want more honest ppl to guide and mentor young students,about reality of jobs , i think u doing same, giving clarity to students,keep up the gud work...gud luck..

    Mam please make a video on pgdm in hr vs mba in hr? Especially if someone is not doing mba from iim university and he/she has option to pursue pgdm in hr from top b school
    So he/she still do mba from normal college or do pgdm from top b school

      Dear, do not lose hope, there are ample opportunities, in this video I am just sharing that you might have to start from small salary even though you are a master degree holder.. its not that you will not get job... don't worry.. all the very best..

      No Mba is not necessary to start a job in HR. Infact, I've seen so many people on LinkedIn coming from let alone BBA/Bcom but Btech backgrounds who are working in HR now. You just need to get that first HR related job somewhere which is also not that difficult & then climb up the corporate ladder through Job switching and all

    please make a video on this and enlighten us as in quora I didn't get any straight answer
    also tell me that every HR use it or only HR data analyst use it? Either reply or make a video but clarify my confusion.

      No dear, absolutely no, HR doesn't require knowledge of SQL and python/r or any other programming technology... its required only for HR/Data Analyst job role...

    Ma'am how much time does it take to have growth in HR???
    As to be more specific I m talking about that to get have that decent amount in this domain will take how much time?

      choose a specialization in which you want to do a job, if you want to do a job in finance take that, if you want to do a HR job, then take that.. both are very diff..

      ​@@mofazzel6105 yes true, i myself am suffering and tired by trying alot by giving 20+ interviews even tho i completed my MBA HR still i am struggling to get good salary package or to get selected in a good company. It's really hard these days starting fresh or new in HR they'll provide you with starting of 10000 salary p/m

      It depends on for what you are trying to do the course, do SAP-SF only if you want to become a SAP consultant, and do analyst course only if you want to become a HR Analyst..

      @@SandeepKumar-lq7pp HR analyst have better scope, but then be open for learning technical stuff with it(SQL, R prog language and other required visual tools)
