2nd reason is how I ended up in toxic situations. I got my first job as offroll HR assistant in a company. Initially everything went well but they don't invite me to any meetings, even if I happened to be there, they ask me to leave but it was fine until the exist hr and UH resigned and new employees were hired. They treated me like I am not necessary, they don't even want me to be there. I resigned. They didn't even negotiate with me. It's my first job so I don't know what offroll and onroll is. All I wanted was a job. Now I got placed in small company as payroll-executive. The first question I asked them was 'Is it onroll?' 😅.... Don't do that mistake young professionals!

Please make a video on how to switch from recruitment to HR generalist job role having 2 -3 y experience. I'm finding it very hard to switch and get a job.
If anyone has a vacancy for HR executive for fresher one, as i recently completed my MBA and also did an internship for 3 months duration preferred location is gurgaon

Ma'am whatever you are saying is actually very true and practical. Being part of a HR departments past 4 years, I am also facing the same. There are one question I have, I don't have any HR MBA certificate, so please guide whether I would enroll for such courses, because with work I have to go for offline courses and I am from West Bengal, which college would be better for me with a budget bracket?
@@varshakadyan55 Then whats the point of getting into such big colleges like XLRI and others for MBA(HR), even when we know that they aren't the going to provide sureshot, secure and ever-growing career in HR domain? Please make a video on it or about how to avoid such stagnation in career if possible. Thank you.
