2nd reason is how I ended up in toxic situations. I got my first job as offroll HR assistant in a company. Initially everything went well but they don't invite me to any meetings, even if I happened to be there, they ask me to leave but it was fine until the exist hr and UH resigned and new employees were hired. They treated me like I am not necessary, they don't even want me to be there. I resigned. They didn't even negotiate with me. It's my first job so I don't know what offroll and onroll is. All I wanted was a job. Now I got placed in small company as payroll-executive. The first question I asked them was 'Is it onroll?' 😅.... Don't do that mistake young professionals!

@@Prajwalgk27 I would say that shit happens in career. You cannot plan throughout your whole career. We make mistakes and take bad decisions. That's ok as long as we can move forward. As a fresher, opportunity is most important one because no one believes freshers. As a fresher, you shouldn't be hesitant to take a role. Start with which function in HR you like or take a job which covers all the functions. Whatever! By and by you will understand how career works! All the best
