Mam I am working as a Sr. Executive Admin in a company for the last 4 years, and have 8 years of working experience. Recently completed my PGDBM-HR. Now want to enter in HR profile but am not able to understand how to switch, what basics of HR functions should be clear, and which profile should I choose to start in HR after Admin eg. HR Assistant, HR executive, etc. You assistance will be highly appreciated. 😊
Ma'am I'm an MBA HR graduate I'm looking for a job in HR domain but there's no use, HR managers are not considering freshers over the experienced people I feel really stuck given more than 10 interviews and it's more than 6 months that I'm in the search of a job everything goes well and at the neck of the moment I'm not getting the job I feel really depressed about it I don't have any chance of entering into other domain because of my MBA in HR..please help me out in giving any suggestions..🙌
Dear, I totally understand the frustration.. but here is my perspective if you take it positively... 1. Ten interviews is just the beginning, you shouldn't even count.. grab every single interview that come your way.. 2. Use the interviews as a tool to design "syllabus" for your learning and focus on things you feel you couldn't perform 100% on.. if you need help here you can enroll in my HR course for practical knowledge else you can learn from wherever you feel like. 3. No one likes hiring inexperienced people, even when you hire a "house help" you see if the person have worked in the past and should start performing the job from day1, its very natural, to get the job you have to prove yourself enough that the hiring manager gets the confidence that you will be able to do it, Being depressed will not take you closer to your goal, trying will... so do not stop and keep trying.... All the best!!

Dear, right now focus on learning the practical skills of HR.. study the HRM subject if you have else you can learn from my HR courses as well... do not be in hurry to start the job, you still have time, first prepare a solid foundation...
