For what it's worth, I've got an inline Hughes Power Watchdog with a MP II, I haven't had any issues with it. It's nice having it inside, rather than lugging the other one with the shore power cord.

Good to know. We’ve installed a few as well, I’ve seen them act up and complain about missing neutral at coach. Usually it’s the neutral ground relay.

@@sotasolarI'm trying to wrap my head around this. I have my Power Watchdog installed between the shore power inlet and my MPII. How would the ground relay in my MPII affect the Power Watchdog? Doesn't it just monitor incoming shore power?

@barrynelson440 it also monitors power at the coach

Have they gotten better with the flexible panels yet?

That is a great question. I have 1 Merlin Panel I want to test long term. They were not cheap. I hear good things about the CIGS style panels for a mix of longevity and cost while being flexible. I still don't see how they get around the UV damaging the flexible clear material over time (think headlights fading) and hail or other impact damage. I want them to be better, I want them to work. I'm not convinced to use these over rigid glass unless it's the only option. We looked at doing a semi truck once and it was at 13' 6" already or whatever. Flexible was the only option, couldn't go an inch taller.
