Yes Imagine it too when Mr Freddie Mercury Go On Mr Freddie Mercury Go On Stage his with the say like always say " Halo beautiful people hey hey I wish that be come true
Just imagine this, or Since You've Been Gone with Adam Lambert! At least that could still be possible if Brian could still play like this, and Roger could slam those drums like Cozy, I think they all could pull it off!
Spectacular Performance!! This is what Rock is all about!! Great to see Brian at Center Stage getting the attention he well deserves!! Freddie was "The Man," but Brian May was "The Sound" of Queen.
This is what happens when you have to take a back seat to the greatest front man in history for 20 years. Then finally get a chance to sit at the head of the table. You go crazy and rock the shit out of the place.
I wonder why they haven't performed a lot of the songs from The Miracle and Innuendo? It would be nice to see songs like Headlong and Breakthru get performed, considering they're pretty popular with Queen fans at least. Scandal, I'm Going Slightly Mad, and The Invisible Man would be cool too.
At that time, Brian wanted to leave Queen behind and find himself as a solo artist. Also, the tour served to promote his album "Back to the Light", so there was a highlight on that. Apart from that, as far as I noticed, when performing solo or with Kerry Ellis, he almost exclusively does Queen songs that he wrote himself. (While Scandal in particular he doesn't like much.) That being said, I too would very much have loved to hear his live versions of those songs, I'm sure they would have been just as awesome as this!
now that I think about it, the only Miracle song that Queen has done with Adam Lambert is I Want It All? That album doesn't get enough love these days.
I wish he'd do a 25th anniversary re-release of this concert. Pure unadulterated Brian May at his rawest and finest. An outstanding effort on his part. It's getting too hard to find copies of Brixton Academy these days.
@Trollking2988 foolish !!!! Freddie was unreplaceble. Freddie thought Brian how to sing well. Brian May could be the best guitarist in the world But He Will never be the best singer, never. If Brian could, the He didn't need Freddie, you don't know how much frustrated Brian was, when Freddie died
Vraiment super. L'un des meilleurs bands de l'histoire du rock. Impossible aujourd'hui d'en trouver un comme ça. Heureusement que ce concert génial a été enregistré. Et ces deux choristes c'est un vrai plus...
This IS a DVD - it's "Brian May Live at The Brixton Academy." All you had to do was TYPE it to find out. There's this thing called "the internet," see...
There are five great guitarists on the planet Brian May being one there is no number when they all are. Brian May Neil Schean David Gilmore Slash, Jimmy Page
Many people would like to meet Bryan May in person and im glad to say im one of those lucky ones! he's so chill and relaxed ! Loved to meet him in person and shake his hand and exchange a few words even tho i was 12 years old he was very nice !
2:40 pause right here and you can see thats not the red special. Its a reproduction, look at the headstock, theres a logo on the end which the real red special didnt have a logo. And the tone and volume nobs are black. They should me silver, also the pickups are black too.
Man at the time this one was new, imagine if Queen could tour and play it in the 90s it was mostly solo tours for May, they took Freddie’s passing hard for final decision to resume tourin again in 2005

Brian originally wrote this song for his solo album so it's nice to hear him sing it.
Reason why I'm listening it to now. Heavier guitar and has a lot of 80s vibes. Love it.
There’s a studio demo with May’s lead vocals
Aidan where can i find that

I like Freddie's voice better in this case
Just imagine this with healthy Freddie suddenly running out on stage and walking to the rhythm...
I am thinking the same thing just right now for all of us Freddie would be live because Freddie was and would be the soul Of Queen 👑👑👑
Can't you guys just take Brian for what he is instead of constantly comparing him to Freddie.

Here we see a wild Brian May in his natural habitat using his signature mating call
I think I pissed myself, thanks mate XD
merlin thomi my pleasure 💖
😂😂😂
Damn why can't I stop laughing at this
Lin Z u mean a badger
coolest guy with a PHD ever...
I loved this song with Freddie singing it, but I loved this too. Those two girls backing up Brian sound great.
They're good, but they don't have the Queen backing vox magic.
It would've been amazing the miracle and innunedo tour with freddie
imaging it, live versions of I want it all, headlong, innuendo, the show mus go on!!
although they probably wouldn't have done innuendo its too complicated
The show must go on would not exist if Freddie was well enough to tour, but I think headlong would still be the same, queen is a rock band after all
@@bycuritiba Show Must Go On is actually a song written by Brian May, so I think it's not related to Freddie's illness
@@danielecardinali7349 Brian may wrote it for freddie and his determination to keep on singing until the end.

LOL😂😂
classic voice crack... ;))
Lots and lots of famous guitar players want to play like Brian May when they grow up.
Gorgeous ladies
This is such a well-crafted song, and doesn't EVEN get the appreciation it deserves!
Bri is best. 😀 My favorite Queen member.
Spectacular Performance!! This is what Rock is all about!! Great to see Brian at Center Stage getting the attention he well deserves!! Freddie was "The Man," but Brian May was "The Sound" of Queen.
Brian may is smokin' on this one! What a great guitar master he is.

Loving this concert at Brixton! Brian really let's loose and sounds better than he ever has before!
idk if im the only one who loved the back girls, i fell in love
I'm a girl, and I fell in love with them too
3:04 Suddenly, Slash!
Exactly😂
That's funny haha
Basically, is Slash who commonly enters in May mode.
2:50 I live for this guitar solo

The Invisible Man solo played live wooooow that would be a killer solo!
And a cover of Rainbow's "Since You've Been Gone" too!

Damn I've never heard Brian sing a heavy song but I love it
This Guild replica of Red Special sounds damn good!
@ritch5539 At the time, he would have used this one as a drop D guitar, and another Guild replica as a backup for the original red special!
Even Freddy is gone, Brian is just Great!
from John in NY-USA.

This is heavier than Queen, love it!!!
I totally agree! This band and Brian are fantastic!
Live even Queen were heavier as on the studio LPs. Listen for example on "Hammer To Fall" or "Tear it Up".
Brian, Cozy and Neil. That's it.
Not quite the riffs on the original recording.

I wonder how much Freddie taught Brian about vocals cause damn Brian can sing. 👌👌🔥🙌🤘
Imagine this with Rogers vocals in the background
I will take Brian singing over Freddie any day.
I am not being funny but... Freddie approved of his vocals. If he thought that he, Brian could not sing... I am sure Freddie would have said something

Cozy and Neil Murray here!
Wat een geweldige man en zanger en gitarist Brain May 😊😊😊
4:00 till end best part..... let the music speak
his solo and tone is soo good
Looks like Cozy Powell on drums. Saw him twice with Rainbow back in the day. One of the best sounding live drummers. A great loss to live music.
...Have seen Cozy Powell on drums ??? Wow...
Yes, another great musican leave to fast this world. There must exist a video about the full concert.

I think Brian and RS are already one body and the sound of the guitar is just getting out through his mouth.
My own theory :>
even though it's a Guild copy he's playing. Because it's drop-d tuning
What a man!
