Wow, it has been a while since the last video. Always a treat seeing this car. You should give us a full review of the car, interior, under the hood, what mods you have done etc. Maybe a couple of rolling shots, driving from pov standpoint, or something like that. I bet there are a lots of guys in the comment section who would love to see more of this car.. I mean we´ve been waiting for years haha :)
That's nice to hear! Yeah, I might do something like that one day. I've thought about making all kinds of new videos, including POV and rolling shots! I really want to put down time and effort when making a longer video, and this video here is just since I felt like at least uploading something in the meanwhile. Haha, it's actually amazing to see all these people telling me they're looking forward to seeing more of the car. I should definitely not let you down! Thanks!
Hmm okay, I think I can support you with that fanstasy 😂 I'm currently fiddling with the car, but hope to be able to make some videos later this summer
Thank you! 275-30-19 in the rear. I'm trying different brands and models, but I've had Michellin Supersport a few times! Might try Michellin 4s next time. Nope, no LSD! Getting an LSD is an upgrade I've considered for a long time, but it's handling quite well.
Oke ive also done the straight pipe on my E420 cdi . And a chip it has now 370hp with 825nm And it doesn’t like to throttle in an angle Feels like differential is messing that up
@@Rub3n125 Nice! Well, could be that an LSD could improve accelerating in turns.. but there's alot of torque! I'm not surprised the car doesn't like to throttle in an angle, so to say, haha! Assuming you have not turned the stabilization systems off. You would notice how the car suddenly goes sideways, I guess? :D
Well atm the car is blocking steering a lot of friction with esp off It won’t drift so to say Feels like esp is not completely off Or the differential is blocking
@@Rub3n125 Did you push the "ESP off"-button, to turn off ESP? In that case I can gladly inform you that your problems are software related. The electronic control programs are not completely shut off by pushing the button. In order to turn it off, you need to enter what is called "Dyno Mode", through the dashboard display, while the engine is turned off.
@@bkorven first of all, thanks for the fast reply. i need an replacement pipe for the dpf, i already tried the ones from the e400cdi, but they didnt fit. on the german market i also dont find a dpf replacement pipe. sorry 4 my bad english
@@technostalgie8742 No problem! Oh okay, I see. My suggestion is to not look for any model adapted bolt-on solution. In fact, I doubt it even exists, considering how rare this car is. What I think you should do (and what I have done) is to go for a custom fabrication. Find a local repair shop, or the alike, and ask them to make the exhaust system according to your wishes. It's a simple task!
Glad you still have the car! Havent seen much of it for a while
That is because it has been stored for a few years. Now it's out again!
This is amazing. Nice to see that you still have W211 :)

Great to see you still have this!!
Oh man so dope you still have this beast,i recall seeing one of your 2011-2012 videos almost 10 years ago, nostalgia hit right there, kudos!
Feels like years since I last seen your videos
Well... it has been years! 😉
Would love to see a cockpit video of some casual city driving. Just to help me with my dirty diesel fantasy of daily driving one of these 😅😔

Post more, it is rocket!
I will definitely post more. Thanks!

Hey!
do you have any measurements of this car?
0-100
100-200
quarter mile
Thx!
Hey! I have never accurately measured acceleration, but I have 1/8 mile results; 8.98s @ 134km/h. Just a few runs, but they seemed pretty consistent!
