Wonderful video Hank.
Many thanks for your talk and going over tractor.
Appreciate your time.
The Iowa farm boy.
Retired Air Force veteran.
I just purchased a new T574C from Clermont Lawn and Equipment. Pretty painless. Less hope all these TYM sponsored reviews are accurate. You cant beat the price for what you get. TYM is truly 30 to 40% cheaper than Green or Orange tractors. Even Kioti went up on their prices. Lets hope it doesnt back fire. 😉
Hank love the solid approach to all your content, definitely helped me make my decision to go with tym 474 cab
Hst is the only way to go in tractors this size and smaller. My first tractor was a shuttle and doing loader work is an absolute pain. Running a 38hp now, looking to upgrade and exploring other brands. Thanks for the review.
Thanks for watching
So far my T474 has been great with no issues and no regen in 247h. Keep em coming Hank.
Right on👍
How many hp is the 247h?
I bought my HST 574c back in April. I really love the machine although I will have to buy more implements for it soon. The only issue I have with the tractor is that it won't safely lift more than like 1200 lbs around unless there is additional rear weight. Probably a normal issue for compact tractors but I'm pretty green with all this. I really like the idea of making a raised " shelf " to change front implements, it is now my next project. Do love the tractor...
Simple solution to your problem is load the rear tires.
I believe that the dealer should be required to load the rear tires of a tractor sold with a loader or add wheel weights.
Hank I always comment on your videos, but I would like to say, brother you are God sent, you are the best my friend! Thank you again for another great video! God bless you and your family! Look forward to your next video!
I appreciate that
6 months 100 hours with the attached implements you have and your place looks great and the tractor looks great you take great care of it may it last you a million hours I am looking into it for my needs.
Thanks for watching Phillip! Have a good one
great, honest review! am looking at my first TYM T503 but can't find much on it as far as current value. Glad to hear TYM is a strong name in tractors
Great review. I have 67 hours on my TYM 574. It’s been a great tractor except for I’m waiting for my 4th Hydraulic Oil Cooler to be replaced. The Original oil cooler failed at 67.7 hours. The lower right corner burst and leaked (sprayed) while idling. The replacement oil cooler burst and leaked in the same place as the original. It took another week to get a replacement for the replacement (it was marked with the same batch/lot number as the first replacement) and I installed it this morning. It failed upon start up. Not in the same place but in the lower left corner. A dime sized stream of fluid poured out like a hose upon initial start up. So now waiting on hopefully a replacement that is not defective.
The dealer haas been good. But I’m 200 plus miles from the dealer so this is very frustrating and the loss of time and productivity does not put me in my ‘safe place’ 😮
I was excited to receive my 3rd replacement hydraulic oil cooler today. I was not so excited to have it fail immediately after starting the tractor. Unbelievable, it was like a fire hose. Since it’s Friday, again, kinda like Groundhog Day but not even funny, I’ll have to wait until Monday to see what’s next to get this tractor up and running. I guess I’ll have to start a RUclips channel so I can post all the video of the failed part… howboutcha Hank?
UPDATE: it’s been a month since I watched the review and posted the Hydraulic Oil Cooler fails… supposedly the problem was the HST hydraulic assembly filter failed which ?blocked? The flow of hydraulic fluid… IDK if I buy this answer, but still waiting on a new oil cooler before (the fifth one) to be replaced before it’ll be fixed
I own 2 TYM Tractors. Use them everyday. A 353 and a 574
I just bought a 574 I am getting my choice reinforced the more I learn about it.
We have a t503 in my work just over 3k hours on it we have had alot of leaks the 4wd stopped working the pto has stopped working wheel bearings have gone i can keep going u get what you buy ours is in a golf club cutting roughs no heavy work there a soft tractor
Sorry to hear that. Mines been great
@@Hfoutdoorsyt dont get me wrong we can get a crap 1 from any maker
Please CHECK YOUR LUGNUTS after every use! I failed to check mine and the rear left tire almost fell off! Rethreading the holes, getting new lugs with a crush washer and blue lock thread helped tremendously!
Check out this video on Hank’s channel:
ruclips.net/video/aC3uUs6l8kA/видео.html
Manual says every 8 hours for nuts/bolts/grease. Fuel lasts about 8 hours. If you fuel it you grease it and check the bolts!
blue locktite
Very nice review of the TYM. Thanks for sharing.
Nice review Hank. Looking forward to your 500 and 1000 hour review
Do you have a recommendation for any specific hydraulic top link?
This is what size tractor the wife and I should’ve started with. We just sold our new holland t4.75.
Hank, do you remember the size top link you bought? Or was it an install from the dealership? I’m about to pull the trigger on the 574 and would like to add that.
Great review on the tractor. You put a lot of hours on that bad boy already
For sure
Good video love my574 except for the loader function. Can't raise and curl out at the same time dealer says it's normal. Any comments on the load of functions would be appreciated thank you.
Dealer is correct
very good job and God bless yall
Just think, now you can go back to a Branson and still promo the TYM !!!
Love to see a 5835 with R14’s. the power shuttle is a beautiful thing in the 5835 super duper awesomesauce x2
😊
Nice review. I finally made it over here to subscribe
Thank you!~Gina
Hey Hank great video, I am shopping one now, 40 acres, soft wooded ground, skidding trees and grapple work, would you suggest R14 tires or R1?
R1
would be nice doing a updated review, "Mahindra","Branson", and "TYM"
How do you like the shift on the fly at steering wheel on t654 compared to hydrostatic on t574? , seems like to me with only 30 acres would be easier to use with floor hydrostat, just my thinking.
So would you buy the tym or the Branson?
Brando doesn’t exist anymore
How comfortable is the cab? I’ve never been in one.
Hydraulic top line: can you put the spool in float or do you have to go into the cab to get it tome move?
You have to adjust it from inside the cab. I usually raise the back glass and I can reach it while outside the cab
Hi Hank
How does it stack up against your friends Mahindra 6075? Thanks for the video!🇺🇸
This is not as powerful as the Mahindra 6075. That machine is a hoss.
If a front end post hole dig is attached, will it be possible to run it in reverse?
Not with a diverter valve
TYM and kioti are on my short list for my needs.
Hank, when are you going to put that greenhouse up?
The greenhouse has been up since March😉 look for the videos in my playlist~Gina
Anybody with comparison against Kioti having had both? I agree they are on my short list as well.
For handling 30 acres is this 574 sufficient? Or should I go to a 654? What is biggest 3 point implement for brushcutting?
We have 75 acres and it does great
I'm on 44 havily wooded acres the tractor does very well with snow, trees, any task I have thrown at it.
Great info.
Thanks for watching!
Question: in 4x4 does a dash ight come on? I have no light when in 4x4. - 574hsc
No it does not have a light
Great video Hank. My T574 has been awesome also. I'm at about 220hrs and no complaints from me. Do you happen to remember what dye you used in hydro oil? There are alot of them on Amazon, but most say something about black lights for leaks. Keep up the great videos Brother!!
You can buy some hydraulic fluid dye from john deere.
The John Deere dye is what I used 👍
Thanks guys, I'll get some.
TYM stands for what, where is the tractor made ?
It’s made in South Korea. TYM makes a ton of tractors for other brands as well.
Man, I was excited about the Branson 5835 coming out in a cab model, but I guess TYM isn't going to keep pushing the Branson brand. I don't know where that leaves all the Branson fans.
Also, I wish TYM would put their rear remote control levers up on a right-hand console like most other manufacturers do, instead of down on the floor.
I agree that the external three-point lift lever is a huge benefit - I don't know why all manufacturers don't have them. It's such a cheap, simple feature, but it makes the operator's job much easier.
Is tym tractor popular in usa?
tym have been doing in business since 1960 in korea, and I was surprised to see tym in USA.
yeah the 5835 is an awesome tractor. But i'm with ya, not sure how many more years Branson will have the support.
they are a mid tier tractor company here
I would like to see how much they have gone up in the past 2 years. A t494 was a little over $24K in 2020. I bet you can't get one for $28 now.
probably not.
Just got some quotes for mx series kubota. Similar horsepower. The kubotas are 20k+ higher than they were in 2019.
I have a deposit on a t574. It’s almost 30k cheaper with more options than the closest hst kubota.
@@stephanbaird5222 yeah once kubota got a foothold they think mighty highly of their products like jd
Been looking lately about 29 to 32 k depending on dealer and options
Can anyone that has this tractor please explain the regen process I’ve tried finding it and can not get it done
Do you have an owners manual tucked in the compartment behind the seat? It has the procedures there. Also, mine has the procedures on a sticker on the front windshield on the left hand side
👍👍👍🇲🇫
Not a realistic review,100 hours in 6 months!Do it again when youve done some hard work with it like 500 hours in 6 months.Any tractor will be problem free after a very easy 100 hours
It’s a totally realistic overview. I’ll do another at 500 hours.
I don't understand how the number of hours equates to "hard work".
I have the same machine with 250hrs. It is used hard, no complaints, works very well, I have been nothing but impressed.
I saw this on Hanks channel and I was wondering if you can actually build a channel posting other people’s videos and get it monetized? I’d really appreciate your feedback! Thanks so much
Hank is my husband, we often share footage with each other. But to answer your question, know you can't use other channel's content for your channel use. That goes against RUclips's terms of service.
