- Sadie Beachum, the ex-girlfriend of Zachariah Anderson, testified in a Wisconsin court that she was harassed at two in the morning while her new love interest was sleeping over. Beachum said her home was ding dong ditched and her guest, Rosalio Gutierrez Jr., believed that his car was broken into. The next day, Beachum said she spoke with Anderson, who knew facts about the sleepover that no one would know unless they were there.

There was not enough blood to prove that he died from the injury he had. Common sense is not proof beyond a reasonable doubt. They prove that he disappeared - not that he died.
There is no death certificate. He is not legally dead. That is a problem for the prosecution.

The problem is people can be very easily persuaded by other jurors who believe the defendant is guilty Instead of standing their ground and making the prosecution come up with more evidence that proves guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Who’s new love interest winds up missing and dead would also be a part of that title to touch on the most important fact of this case.
Taking your daughter to your ex’s house in the middle of the night to change the spy camera you have setup in your ex’s house sounds like stalking to me.

There are FAR TOO MANY procedural matters being raised in this case! Then the facts of the matters and arguments are presented in a long-winded, slimy, Tourettes-like style by the prosecutor. The judge is far too permissive and plodding in his rulings and seems confused at times when he slips into some sort of stupor. The Defendant's 14 year old daughter's testimony is disturbing. She would blurt out answers, then when pressed for clarification, would switch 180° over and over again. She was very rude to the Defense and the judge and strangely became a legal expert at one point in her testimony. Her entire testimony should be stricken as questionable. This is not justice in the best interest of the Defendant's Constitutional rights. I hope this is a bright jury that is capable of looking through the smoke and mirrors of the prosecutor to the evidence for proof of innocence or guilt. Thus far if I was a juror, the prosecutor has not linked the accused directly to the crime. Conjecture yes. Hyperbole yes. But no blood, no body, no DNA, no loud voices, no noise but a single bump in the night, a woman who was pursuing her lover who was not interested in a permanent relationship with her and a defendant who is unusually calm, reacting very appropriately when the prosecution asserted that he was jealous and obsessed with his Ex - when he had moved on with a new woman. The Defense did a very good job on questioning the State's lack of evidence!
