- A friend of Sadie Beacham said obsessive ex-boyfriend Zachariah Anderson showed up at the home of Anderson's former lover while she was on vacation on March 5, 2020. "The defendant was standing at the end of the couch just smiling at me," she said. Anderson is accused of killing Rosalio Gutierrez Jr., Beacham's boyfriend after Anderson.

I watched the sentencing and him give his speech right before. Before I watched that I had no knowledge of this case. I kept saying to myself maybe he is innocent just because somebody’s a narcissist, or a crazy person occasionally does not make them a murderer. But now that I watch some of the testimonies of people, and look at the way he looks at the people getting their testimony it’s really eerie. The facts show some pretty scary details. And I definitely feel like there was some stocking going on now with all the testimony. It was crazy, watching him give his speech before sentencing, because he seem to be very smart, have a lot of charisma, while speaking, in fact, he was quite charming. Sometimes those are the most dangerous people in the world. So I’ve just kind of went back and watched a little bit that led up to this case and I feel terrible for the children involved.
I agree. I watched his speech first here on RUclips and he seemed normal. Then you hear about him involving his daughter in his stalking behavior and waking his kids up at 3:30 am for breakfast, him asking his daughter to keep track of her mother, looking through the window. He’s incredibly scary.

This judge should be removed. He's capricious and does not give consistent rulings. He's an antique good ol' boy who is hard of hearing, forgetful and arrogant. I watched his horrendous behavior during the Rittenhouse trial and he did everything to block the prosecutor from putting on their case. He certainly doesn't seem fair to the prosecutor here either. He has made no effort to protect the vulnerable 14 year old daughter and that appalls me.

I had a friend who had a psychotic boyfriend like this, and when she found out she was pregnant, she broke up with him, relocated to another state and secretly gave the child up for adoption. This man had choked her until she was unconscious, held knives to her, stalked her, called her nonstop, and threatened to kill her every week. The guy had no idea that my friend was pregnant. It pained her to give the child up for adoption, but she feared that if she kept the child, she would be tied to him forever and he might kill them both.
Bless her. She sacrificed her happiness. Honourable woman.

I know you have to work to defend your client but when it comes to minors they should not be allowed to object unless it’s very , very clear the prosecution is talking about something really irrelevant even then children’s testimonies should be given without interruption and any issues should be brought up outside the presence of the minor. The actual dna was not even for certain present ….sorry but when you kill someone you will have FAR MORE than a spec of blood that couldn’t even be easily proven to be actual DNA ….the didn’t prove it to actually be dna , having someone around your children and belongings can pass dna so easy ….it’s been proven time and time again a door knob can transfer dna onto something and be present on something not remotely close to the actual killer or even a person the killer knew or crossed paths with …SUPER botchy investigation and I think everyone will see the truth at some point and it’s not going to be what this prosecution has been selling …just my opinion based off evidence ….

She seemed to struggle when asked the “you won’t know when or how….” questions about the texts between her and Sadie. I’m not convinced that the two of them didn’t come up with a vague story to avoid it. They both showed a completely different demeanor during that line of questioning.
