- The mother of Rosalio Gutierrez Jr. urged the judge to lock Zachariah Anderson behind bars for the rest of his life. “He chose to cowardly stalk my son, consumed with jealousy and hatred,” Selia Patterson emotionally said. “A man he did not even know, waiting for the right time, and savagely attacked him and murdered him.”

This mother's victim witness statement is the most detailed heart wrenching statement I have ever heard. I am the mother of an only child and my love, heart and all I am goes out to her. My God give her peace and rest which I know she will never find.
As the mother of one child, my beautiful 24 y/o daughter, my heart breaks for her. She did a beautiful job expressing herself and the POS murderer just sat there writing notes. Life in prison w/ no chance of parole is due. But it should be solitary confinement, no TV, no radio, nothing to read, nothing to write with, no human interaction, no exercise time, nothing. He should sit in a bare, concrete box, alone, for the rest of his miserable life.
LOL, if it was up to Soros, he would just get some probation.

Losing your only child is a Mothers deepest sorrow throughout her years to come. God Bless her for years of healing for her ahead. I just can’t imagine living through this! As a mother who lost my only child,my beautiful son Jacob, 18,I understand her pain and pray she has some kind of peace in her life.I do know the pain of losing a son but not having his life taken by someone else.His children ,parents, n whole family are in my prayers😢

This is so sad, I also lost my only son at 21 years old, 6 years ago. This is the worse pain that any mother has to endure. I pray that the Lord gives you peace, strength and comfort as you continue to mourn the loss of your beloved son. This pain never goes away Mum. My heart goes out to you. ❤❤

Of all the victim statements these are the ones that pull at my heartstrings, I have one child,one son and I pray to never have to say those words.
This is not how life works,no parent should ever have to bury a child and no babies should be robbed of a parent because that alone affects the direction for the rest of their life... good or bad.
I really cannot listen to parents going through this,it hurts so bad.

Moms put em all on blast.... Detectives just left the mans wallet and cell phone in the freezer!?! Didnt collect it for evidence.....didn't clean the victims blood after the scene was processed?? Just left that for this mom to do!!?!! Shame on you Kenosha!!!

I can’t begin to imagine what Rosalio’s mother is feeling. My sons are my world. My heart is with her. I pray his body is found some day so she can sleep at night knowing where her baby is.

Nope.
Savagely attacked and murdered. Was the “body” retrieved/found? As far as I know he was a missing person. He could be out there living a new life for he have plenty of reason to do so. As far as I came across this trial, there were “questionable” people who were not even considered as suspects. No body, no dna, no video to put the suspect within the vicinity. But plenty of other people where supposed to be the last one to talk to him or see him, but were not questioned? With the prosecution mouthing/guiding the witnesses what to say did not help either for me to consider that the accused was guilty beyond reasonable doubt. 💁

I was thinking of it a little bit differently; I noticed the defendant is not really that busy looking remorseful, and noticed in the beg that he was trying to get his attorneys attention. What I saw, is as he was doing all this, she was gently trying to shut him down (maybe in order for him to look slightly better, or just to teach him "this is how we do it when the victim statements are being read; we shut up and listen".
So sorry for your loss he didn't deserve this this is so hear broken hope Mr. Anderson gets life in prision may your son rip😢

Imo the sentence was not very strong. He should have gotten the death penalty and only reduced to life without parole if he is able to tell them were the body is and if they're not able to find the body, the death penalty still stands. To give him life but revised after 40 years not good enough.
