  • Marquan Washington, the ex-cellmate of Wisconsin accused murderer Zachariah Anderson, told the jury about the time Anderson described to him how he murdered Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr. in May 2020. "Once it's gone, it's gone," Washington said in describing Anderson's explanation of how he got rid of Gutierrez's body.

    Even if the jailhouse informant is lying, I think the defendants reaction is what the true goal of having one is. Zacharia looks scared and surprised this information is out. He doesnt look angry. Maybe that's just me though? I guess that's the point though, getting the jury to see what you see.

    • @Lau_rynn

      Who cares, a snitch is a snitch. He ultimately had a decision and he made it. To be a snitch. The state doesn't have to do anything, they just need information for their case, he will go back to his pod as the snitch he chose to be along with the thousands of other snitches around him. Most snitches are all housed together, so no one is gonna care what he did when they all did the same thing.

    Whether the guys guilty or innocent… is another convict actually a credible witness? He’s not talking about a conversation he had with him. He’s talking about a dream. He heard the defendant having. Now don’t get me wrong I’m not defending this Anderson guy, but this was a huge case and I’m sure this man knew that and he could be saying things just to get out of the cell for a few hours a day or because he’s the type of person that wants to be involved in a big case and look like he’s helping by being a hero. I think it was really risky for the prosecution to put a convict on the stand over a dream that may or may not have actually happened.

      @matthewg8922 Год назад

      Everyone is different and do different things when they are lying. First you need to get a person's base line before judging if they are lying or not. If you don't understand what I mean by baseline, it is to see how someone acts when they are not lying and how they act when they are lying. When I received polygraphs the tester at the three letter agency I worked for would ask me my name, age, etc. to get a baseline on my honest replies. Then they would force me to lie by saying something like "I've never driven above the speed limit" to get a baseline on my lying. You can do the same thing without a polygraph machine but you must pay very close attention to the body language to know when a person is lying or not. If you are trying to be sneaky just ask a person non threatening questions you believe that won't lie about to get a baseline on their truthful body language. But bottom line I didn't see a chance anywhere in this video to get this prisoner's baseline. At least not enough to feel confident. Just remember everyone lies different. There's no one size fits all. There is even people that can lie without feeling anything in their conscience so you can't know for sure if they are lying.
