How disrespectful of the guy and his lawyer to talk to each other when the families are talking..shame on that lawyer
She has been disrespectful to the court the whole time and as to them both making eyes at each other during the judges remarks I can’t even comment.
She is the most despicable defense attorney I've ever seen. And I watch a LOT of trials. I've had comments say to me "oh other women hate her bc she's beautiful."
Um no. I hate her bc of her attitude. 😒
It matters not what someone looks like. She did her job as well as she could. Want to talk about disrespect, that prosecutor Gravely…..he’s a ball of disrespect.
@Teaspiracy beautiful? Lmfaooooooooo that's rich. Those ppl need glasses 😅😅😅
@@TeaSpiracy yeah why should a attorney defend her client?
This lawyer is really nuts...i swear youd think she's in a relationship with him.
She’s horrible. She sounds so robotic too!!
Every time there is a female attorney she is supposedly infatuated with her client. Just like Camille Vasquez. BS
My thoughts as well
@@Templar77777 Very true. But, some of these attorneys do act odd with their clients. Look at Will Cook and Leticia Stauch all cozy and cuddly and laughing together.
She was like this the entire trial.
Wow, I've never heard a judge give a law sentencing history lesson at a sentencing before. He sounds like his sitting on the porch telling stories to his great grandchildren.
He did that all through the trial.
Doesn't a judge hand down sentencing based on WHAT THE CRIME DESERVES!?!? This judge forgot to take his dementia meds!
Judges hand down what the law directs and is based on that plus the Jury verdict. The Judge may not express himself as some would kike given his age, but if he diresgarded actual law, there would be room for appeal.
I find this judge very vage and not to the point of so many Things ! 🤨🧐✌️🇳🇱
@@miekevanbeek2345 Rittenhouse Judge..says all..😏
I think child r@pists deserve to be put in a wood chipper, but that's not how the law works. You can NOT sentence someone based on feelings. Judges sentence them based on what the state legislators say is appropriate, deter others from committing the same crime, and protecting the community. Some judges say punishment as well, but others say rehabilitation. Judge Schroeder is the longest sitting judge in WI. People vote for him because he is fair to both sides.
I'm not sure why you think judges can hand down sentences based on what they think the defendant deserves. Then you would have judges handing out life sentences for fist fights (they can cause death, one could argue they have no reguard for human life )or death penalties for every murder.
Judge Schroeder doesn't have dementia he can site case law without even using the computer most times. You're making a statement that is completely wrong.
@Piet G. What is that supposed to mean? The Jury found Rittenhouse not guilty, not Judge Schroeder. If he was "pro-Rittenhouse" he would of dismissed the cause when ADA Binger violated KRs rights twice in 5 mins, when LE lied on the stand,Or agreed to a JOA after the video proved Kyle did nothing to wrong before being chased, while JZ fired his illegal gun to escalate everything.
This was one of the weirdest sentencing hearings I've ever watched 👀 😳
Because of the Judge’s very lengthy and rambling remarks and/or because of the “sentence” itself? Also, what the Defendant did and/or didn’t say?? Sorry!! I obviously have a lot of questions too!! 😂.
What is really interesting is the body language expert who did a video about ZA’s body language during the sentencing!

What's with the inappropriate, creepy, and/or disrespectful lawyer-defendant duos in court lately? First Leticia & her little giggly snuggler, and now these two. I was half expecting one of them to lean in for a kiss during one of their intense stares. Be a professional. She sounded like a naive wife defending her pos husband's character in court.
If they had leaned it for a kiss it would have been a welcome distraction from the ramblings of the judge. Excruciatingly long, off-topic and confusing!
@@sunnyann7 haha yeah, that's actually true. I can't tell you the number of times I said aloud "Wtf are you even talking about right now?!" as I listened to the judge today.
OH YOU SHOULD WATCH THE TRIAL. It was DAILY. Constant. REPULSIVE. And that idiots family almost got tossed in jail fir texting to defense attorneys, while trying to make accusations of the slag ex-gf. THEY WERE A CLOWN SHOW
Gross. The way the lawyer and defendant turn to look at each other especially when speaking well about him. Made it feel like they would lean in for a kiss any second or she would propose to him 🥴
Oh stop it! What would you do if the judge wasn’t allowing your family members to speak on your behalf? This is the first trial I have ever seen where that wasn’t allowed. Innocent people are accused all the time. Maybe he really is innocent.
@@cindymarie67 The family not being allowed to give a statement has nothing to do with the way this lawyer would look at the defendant with googly eyes and not to mention the unprofessional behavior from both during the trial.

WHAT IN THE WORLD WENT ON IN THAT COURT ROOM TODAY???! This judge was all over the place and the defence seems to be in love with her client, the whole thing was unprofessional! The defendant is seriously a dangerous individual, I’m glad he’s off the street and behind bars!!!
Yes! A hot mess.
I stopped watching this trial because of the judge's ramblings and the defense lawyer's whiny arguing, so I feel you.
The judge does seem out if it and jumps around. I think was saying the trend is to let guilty out of jail but he wants to try to give sentence that will keep him in until old, at very least. So sentences consecutive. Sentenced to life with no release considered for forty years. I think good sentence. I don’t understand though what really means as many states bring them up for parole in a fraction of the time sentenced to. So I don’t understand how that happens or what the point is.
Yes the defense attorney is unprofessional. So desperate it is gross. She wanted to tell about his character WTF? His would she know? She is his lawyer and only knows him in that capacity (well maybe 🤣).
The judge was all over the place, but he was responding to a lot of the accusations Miss Priss Leveled at him when he had to educate her and she DID NOT like it. But it was hard to follow because he went from one thing to another in his rambling, ahhhhhhhhhhhh style!
I’ve never seen a sentencing handled like this one. I don’t understand why the judge and attorneys are arguing the sentence after it’s been handed down.
It sure sounds like his lawyer has heart on for her client.
We did not need to hear the judge share his career history and early days as a lawyer etc... Waste of time! He should be Retired 😨

During the LS trial, Judge explicitly said not to direct any comments to the defendant, to face the judge, speak/read their statements TO the judge. I've seen both happen in different trials.
Never seen a judge interrupt a victim impact statement. And for what, directing at the murderer as opposed to him? Does the grammar really matter if they are saying the same thing? Yikes
The victims weren’t allowed to address him???? That is ridiculous. Oh boy his attorney is in love with him. It’s disgusting and vile. She has crossed the judicial lines.
Same thing happened in Leticia Stauch sentencing. They were told to address their statements to the Judge. I'm sorry, but if some monster killed my kid or loved one, I want to tell them off full force and look them in the eye while I do it.
I agree she is very unprofessional the flirting and laughing with eachother was disrespectful and hard to watch
Wow you all really don't know that's her job. 😂
The judge said to address the judge because he’s the one doing the sentencing. The judge in the Stauch case is the best judge I’ve watched!!!
I cannot stand this judge’s constant rambling! This is the strangest sentencing speech I’ve ever heard from a judge. He’s not even commenting on the crime or evidence or anything! I haven’t even made it to the actual sentence itself yet but it already seems he’s going to grant him eligibility.
For all his talk about how he wanted to only hear of materially relevant info from his family if they let them speak, he was rambling awfully lot on unrelated tangents.
The statement of his daughter brought him in tears and shows real emotions. I really saw a loving heartbroken father . 🤔😟✌️🇳🇱
I agree. The Judge didn't stay on point. When Judge Werner did his speech to Letecia Stauch, it was directed solely at her and he said everything we were thinking about the woman!
I said this during the Rittenhouse trial when everyone thought i was being disrespectful to the judge. And now most people see how SENILE THIS JUDGE IS!!!!! FINALLY!!! I lost count how many folks on the live said he needs to RETIRE. This needs to be his last trial! Its ridiculous at this point for him to be a judge anymore. I can see him literally lose his mind if the put him on another trial like this. Listening to his blabbering on and on is torture in its own way! The fact that he wanted to get on people for cellphones and then INTERRUPTED THE VICTIMS FAMILY MEMBER DURING THE VICTIM IMPACT SPEECH WAS ABSOLUTELY INAPPROPRIATE AND DISRESPECTFUL. This judge seems to not have any feeling for the victims, friends and community of the deceased. This killer does not deserve any type of respect or civil liberty. This judge is out of order in his own courtroom.
I think he felt for the victim's family. But, he made it clear he wasn't going to decide the sentence based upon emotional pleas from either side.
He didn't even let the killer's family speak their BS on his behalf, which was refreshing.
He gave him 50 years. With credit for time served, the murderer won't get out until 2070, when he is 89. That seems just to me.
As one person put it, Anderson's parole officer hasn't even been born yet.
Judges who are competent and showrespect to all parties is appropriate. It is the Jury that comes to the verdict and not the Judge. It is imperative they do so, otherwise they open gates for potential appeal. Some of the comments seem to want to insult the judge without understanding the law and what that entails.
Well said and totally agree. Some people don't seem to understand that even if a person kills another human being, they still have rights, rights don't just go away .
Judges aren't supposed to act on feelings. That's the problem with today's justice system, everyone is acting on feelings instead of facts.

I agree whenever I see this statement I wonder why they are not allowed to look directly at the person and the person look at them ??
The main technical reason is that the statements are for the judge to consider in sentencing so they should be directed to the judge. Practically speaking, it helps to reduce the high tensions and less likely to lead to courtroom outbursts
@@12happyhannahclearly you’ve not watched many trials because many states are allowed to write and read their letters TO the convict. Watch Aiden Fucci’s sentencing and there are many more.
So, by my calculation:
2y+2y+6y+life w/ parole eligibility after 40y.
Credit for 1092 days served (almost exactly 3y). So minimum of 47y left (17,155 days) before eligible for parole.
54 days good behavior time for each year sentenced (54x47= 2538 days)
17,155 - 2538 = 14,617 days (40 years 15 days).
So just over 40 years would be the MINIMUM amount of time he still has to serve.
**note: he will NOT get parole unless he admits to the crimes & shows remorse & reform at his parole hearing**
WTF?! There is something wrong with this defense attorney. She is desperate. Is she under his spell? He is innocent and it will be proven. This whole trial was a mockery of Justice. No dna, no evidence, nothing and they had legitimate other suspects that the cops refused to look at since they had a such a hard on for this man. The media painted it wrong from the beginning. Total disgrace.
The judge was so lost…I don’t know how many times he lost his train of thought and omg the rambling?! He had no empathy for the victim and he ranted more about sentencing and what he could do. He needs to retire!
Let’s make sure we note sardine cans were not opened …sheesh 🙄
She has had the most idiotic, nit picking comments during the whole trial. “Don’t have these documents” - actually yes, you do have the documents. “That is not the law” - actually yes, that is the law and here is the proof.
She is young in experience yet but if her arrogance and attitude doesn’t change she won’t get far in law.
@@AfterTheRains Is she a public defender?
This is just how this Judge operates 🤷🏻♀️ Yes, he speaks at length, but he said in the trial that he does that specifically for the appeals court. This was not unexpected, and I enjoy the amount of edifying information he shares.
I think he’s a narcissist and the disrespect he showed Sadie during her testimony shows he has issues with women who don’t behave or are too challenging.
It’s disgusting.
Pretty sure the defense lawyer knows he’s gross too and that’s why she plays up the “good little respectful girl” before the judge.
Well if you speak too much you might end up creating appealable issues.
If he was really a decent man he'd tell where the body is.
I don’t see how he can sit there and say “what I can tell you is, I didn’t stalk anybody”. He might have been more believable if he had said - I admit to the stalking but I didn’t kill anybody”.
IKR.
His cell gps signal was at rasalios home, the night slut sadie was on a date with him. And his cell phone had audio hoogle maps instructions on dirrctions how to get to rosalios house
Geez this judge should be replaced!
Why would you make the name of this video obsessed ex boyfriend? You're trying to manipulate people into believeing what you want them to believe
You are oblivious
The one positive thing in this video is yhat it took me back to my youth watching poorly dubbed chinese movies lol😅
Great judge. Great sentence. When he’s 95 he might get out because the prison system should not be financially burdened by an old inmate. Love it.
Naw, he'll definitely get an appeal.
If they try to release him at 90, he will probably try to kill another inmate so they will let him stay, like Brooks, in Shawshank.

His Lawyer &. He, are both total Narcissists.😏
What is going on between Him &. His Lawyer.❓
this judge is such a mess.
What it is with the criminals smiling
He thinks that he is smarter than everyone else, untouchable and that he knows where the body is and that with be his final control over all the victims by not telling them 🇬🇧
I didn’t watch the whole thing yet I fast forwarded… he got life what is everyone hating on the judge for?
I guess you'd actually need to watch the whole thing, if you are actually seeking understanding.
@@Lyddiebits obviously, I was looking for a general response. Was it just his behavior.. or are they mad at the sentencing decision.
If you don’t want to be helpful, just don’t comment…food for thought.
Because they are anderson family groupies.
This criminal defence is still wet behind her ears! You need way more experience!!
This judge has reached the rambling stage of life.
57:34 what was the colder weather comment about?
Someone in the live chat, said it referenced a song? I don't know for sure, just what they said
Zechariah lacks remorse whatsoever! He is a cold blooded monster! He does not even deserve the parole without even finding it in his heart to disclose what he did to his body!!! He has not given his victim's family closure. He is still the one who has the ball in his hands. He is evil!
No way was this proven beyond reasonable doubt. No way.
Exactly. There will be a retrial for sure.
12 people on the jury ……just saying
@@Mytube777 idk if there will be a retrial but I do agree there wasn’t enough evidence to convict
@@andreacapaldi4300 12 people on a jury that spent 5 minutes in the court room, 20 minutes in the hall, 10 in the court room, an hour in the holding room, etc. How could they possibly go over the scrambled information presented in less than a day? They had questions they wanted to clearly see, in the first 2 hours that was not even presented in trial! NOT to mention, the judge telling the lawyers to be quiet, stop, hurry up, finish up, you have 10 minutes, I have to leave for my wife's dr. Appointment etc. All the explanation he was given about everything, there was important information lost in all the madness that was this trial. Like how is a man, who's phone pinged in the area, who dumped rolled carpet, who the deceased owed money to & who showed up at the crime scene & spoke to officers before any info was released, not relevant? & this person showed up to ZAs house.
The only question left: where is the body?
Every judge is different and I believe this judge has demonstrated good judicial temperament and fairness throughout. The victim impacts statements were powerful, yet Mr. Anderson lacked remorse, however. Sentence yet to be imposed. (still watching) he will definitely appeal!
He does have a tendency to ramble, but I've also seen him make fair calls for both sides. Overall, I think he is an alright guy
Why would he have remorse? He's maintaining his innocence. If you don't commit a crime and the jury convicts you anyway (it happens all the time) are you supposed to have remorse?
This judge needs to hang it up. He's losing it more and more every time I see him on a trial.
I’m satisfied in knowing he will NEVER get paroled b/c he will never take responsibility and accountability and more than anything that’s what the board looks at!
While we all had speculations of a "special" relationship between defendant & attorney, at 1:00:17 she absolutely reached over for his hand to "comfort" him. Wonder if she'll remain his "pen-pal" after he’s all settled in at his new forever home??
Great JUDGE.
Too many judges allow people to speak to/about the guilty party. I agree that this is not the time or place for that
This judge telling the witnesses how to address the defendant ?! I can’t.
This state and those rules are absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never seen a trial where people can’t wear shirt’s supporting the victim or be able to write and read a letter during sentencing. Give me a break. Therapeutic my ars.
Aww he grew his hair for his boyfriends in jail. His lawyer chick will be jealous,
Some prisons shave their heads at the entry into prison.
Horrible judge. He’s why they have mandatory retirement
That was weird ! The justice system is a joke
As much as I have come to dislike Mr. Anderson over the course of this trial I'm very much impressed with his attorney. She fights for her client and that's paramount in a good defense.
The way she acted during the trial wasn't always very professional. Rude that she and her client were talking during victim impact statements.
She did her job so good she can 😉✌️🇳🇱
She's one of worst attorneys I've witnessed- for inappropriate, disrespectful and plain gross
Admit what you did with the body. If you didn't do it yourself then you had some help.
Say good-bye to your hair. They'll take care of it for you in prison. Bye Bye
What the heck is going on? The judge is so random in his opinions at strange sporadic times, the defense attorney’s professionalism towards her client is very weird too. What a farce!
Looks like she wants to sit on his lap , she’s done it this whole trial , so unprofessional
@@melodieshimon I feel the same way. She acts like she has a thing for him.
She acted this way throughout the whole trial, often times wearing shirts with her boobs hanging out. She’s as disgusting as he is.
@@lorithompson9042 Sadie wore inappropriate blouse's showing her cleavage also but nobody's saying anything about that thing. You're disgusting and she sure pulled the wool over not only you're eye's but a lot of people's.
