It’s legit embarrassing how ignorant people are about DUE process. First, it’s 100% standard procedure for defense to ask for charges to be dropped after the state rests, for them to NOT do that would be a dereliction of duty to their client (yes, anyone accused of a crime actually have rights - I know, it’s despicable we have a justice system - at least until u are the one being accused).
Secondly, a JURY found Rittenhouse NOT GUILTY - and for good reason. It was self defense.

@Pi Guy no they only convinced me Sadie looks shady and maybe should be in Zachs seat... Along with the DA...
There's not enough time for Zach to pull this off and do all the things the state claims before he was arrested and also include all the times he was with others, whom have testified to being with him, around him etc. Even the guys Sadie arranged to go bully him as she's doing with all the guys in her life, gathering Intel on them then playing them against each other... No way he had time to burn things in various places, hide a body with no trace, gut his van (which Sadie and Jr texted about breaking into and likely did), clean up himself and make van look dirty after cleaning it, go shopping, no evidence at all that he was in the apartment, none of his vehicles on ring cameras, business surveillance, or city surveillance, text from his home to his gf at a time mentioned in another comment, when that time makes it impossible for him to be the killer, he couldn't have made it to the apartment in time, Let alone move a body, clean up etc. No way possible. So after watching Sadie and all her lies on the stand, under oath... Ya, she needs investigated big time!
      She choreographed this drama imo.
She admitted getting info on Zach from many people, she did the same thing with Jr and so on... She's the stalker. She discovered the scene though she barely knew this guy, went in and around the scene... Even saying by Freudian slip, she thought maybe Jr was really done... As in he was already breaking it off with her. She showed up to his place after he didn't Txt her... Didn't she say she only saw him a couple times? The guy had several girls he was seeing, and some longer than her.
There's more but this is already too long.

Zach didn’t kill Rosailo Proof: Rosailo’s phone shows last activity on the 17th is 10:10 PM. Zach Phone texted his girlfriend at 11:19:57pm from his own house.
If you put the addresses into maps it states it takes: 1hr 1min to 1hr 17min to make that drive.
Sadie stated in testimony there was road construction that made it take longer to travel to visit Rosailo.
So based on the time of Rosailo’s last phone activity and the state claiming Zach is the murderer, Zach would need to murder Rosailo at exactly 10:10pm, remove the body, place the phone and credit cards in the freezer, wipe down any evidence remove rug, change clothes, (he can’t go walking around with blood on him outside rosailo’s apartment while loading a body) then head out to make his 1hr 1min to 1hr 17min drive home, (not including traffic, red lights, and road construction) to somehow make it back to send a text by 11:19:57pm.
    He didn’t do it.
Also Rosailo’s date that night stated she was there from 9:30pm-10:20pm and saw no one matching Zach’s description there. (She did state she saw an African American woman going into the main doorway of the apartments)
Also neither of both Zach’s vehicles were seen on any CCTV footage or ring cameras before or after the crime.
The state really messed up the investigation.

The charges should have been dismissed. The case for him murdering him is paper thin so they have to blow up all the other things he did to make him look like the bad guy and have the jury decide he is guilty just because they don't like him.
He should have been charged with stalking and dealing weed. This is a murder trial and he is the main suspect because there's a spec of something that can't be identified as blood in his car after apparently disposing of a 120kg heavy man in his dirty unwashed car. The prosecution has already been busted tampering with evidence and witnesses. Their main witnesses are his daughter who could be told to say anything by her mother and some guy in jail who has every incentive to lie and say anything.
Like always Law&Crime viewers want people to go to jail because they don't like the person and they did something unrelated to what they're charged with.
