The daughter never said WHO she was threatened by. For all you know, it could’ve been Sadie (her mom) who threatened her. This comment, or your inference, is precisely why a mistrial should’ve been declared at that exact moment because despite the daughter not saying who threatened her, you still inferred it was her dad, much like I’m sure the jury did. I’m disappointed the defense didn’t push harder for a mistrial, particularly after the judge himself said “how do we avoid a mistrial?” in response. The result was this man did not get a fair trial (in a bevy of more ways than just this) and whether or not you think someone’s the guiltiest murderous murderer, you should never want for a breakdown of our judicial process like that, because one day it just may very well be you who’s being framed & charged for murder.

They said it did NOT have to do with THIS case but that it involved the defendant, his daughter and the gun. So yes, it was her dad who had threatened her. It wasn't her mom's gun so how would she threaten her with it? In the very first interview, 2 days after the murder, the child had with the police and forensic interviews with professionals that deal with talking to kids, OA asked if she could leave to ask her mom something. There were multiple people there. She asked her mom if she could talk about the gun her dad had. Her mom said she had no idea what that was about and didn't know anything about him having a gun but that yes, she should tell them everything she knows and tell them the truth. Witnessed by multiple people on May 19th, 2 days after RG was killed. Maybe you should take your own advice and make sure you listen to all of the testimony and the trial before making baseless accusations. The defense was shady. They tried asking questions making it look like OA wanted to go out and get info from her mom to tell them and then fought to keep out the info about her asking her mom if she could tell about the gun and Sadie not knowing. They opened that door and were mad they couldn't keep it out and ruined their "mom was giving her info" bs.

If the object used in the blunt force trauma broke skin & revealed blood upon the first strike / blow / hit & then it had blood on the object as it was pulled back, it would splatter blood, would it not? Couldn’t blood spew from the body itself to make such splatter upon the first blow too?- Especially if the object struck a certain body of the body, like an area with a big vein / artery (are arteries just below the skin? I don’t think so but I’m sure certain objects could make a deep enough wound / hole upon one hit to strike & cut open an artery as well as the flesh & muscle above it) as the area would then spurt blood outward from the body. How did he lift 240 lbs of dead weight though? ZA is not a huge man. What's with the friend who had a date to meet Guttierez at his townhouse at the time ZA was in the house?

He probably lifted him up under the armpits and dragged him bit by bit and didn’t get caught doing it.

Zach lost weight, he was more stocky at the time of the crime.

The defense’s attorney isn’t very smart & you can tell by the way she spoke and laid out her argument. He was always gonna lose this one lol

Jesse don't forget the word "allegedly". I do hope the family learns what happened to their son.

I mean we can say "allegedly" without a body all we want but what matters is there was obviously enough for a jury to pull the trigger. But I did not watch the case nor did I really study it and it being out of wisconsin leads me to believe it wasnt handled with the greatest care by the DA. I got a feeling he did it tho, just looking at the basic motives, the guys record, and the fact he had already gotten in trouble for stalking her. If he didnt do it then theres a mountain of coinciding evidence sitting next to him and he was put into one of the greatest set ups of all time.

Ohhh ok. So he put the body in a trash composer. That body is gone and unfortunately will never be found 🥺 the daughter testifying broke my heart for her having to witness her father spying on her mom and her new lover. She’s a strong one
