Thanks for this Ollie. Quelle surprise, I've been procrastinating about fixing my push bike. When I cycle, I feel better. (Cycling... one of the good things that came out of my driving ban). A lady with ADHD, I met recently, said exercise (as well as Medication) was one of the things, that really helped ameliorate symptoms. 😉
Awesome, you figured out video format situation! Looks great Ollie! Thanks for another great video, I've been struggling to get back into working out or just being more active. This past year really terminated my daily exercise habits I had in place.
I’ve always been a runner, but have paused it this year (no reason given) prior to that I’ve never experienced that “runners high” I wonder if that has had to do with the adhd mind 😲!
@@NavaVive haha, good plan! It could have something to do with ADHD, I’ve personally never experienced a ‘runners high’ but I do feel 10x better for exercising!
Watching this while on the elliptical machine. Exercise makes a massive difference on my ADHD brain.
👊👊👍
No pigeons will be safe from me after this video.
Really useful video, thank you.

Yeah, I decided to take your advice and give iMovie a go 😅 thanks for the suggestion!
@@ollieedward643 No problem! Glad it’s working out for you!
Thanks again for the video :)
I need to ramp up my exercise just because of the irritability factor.

I’ll go ahead chase those pigeons to see the difference apart from the obvious prior benefits :)

Ice cream also releases dopamine levels, naturally. A pint a day makes me leveled out. 😂 😜
Each to their own 😅
