  • Getting diagnosed with ADHD as an adult is a weird experience! My diagnosis back in September all happened very quickly and I suddenly found myself having to re-evaluate lots of things about myself - for better and in some cases, for worse. Here’s my VLOG series from the first two weeks after being diagnosed with inattentive type ADHD at aged 30.
