Honestly another thing I don't like about late shows is that Hank is no longer Ultron dad but tony....Ultron and Hank where the perfect contrast. Hank basically created the avengers in the comics, and also, accidentally their greatest enemy. And Ultron was not so emotionless in the comics, he is a ball of anger, resentment and rage. Basically he is Hank darkest side incarnate, one who has no hope in humanity and can see only their darkest aspects and tries to snuff them out as an infection, but he is also a lonely being who keeps trying to fill the void with sons and brides who ends up betraying him since he is unable to see his flaws and errors...he is not just a powerful evil robot, he is a complex being stuck in his own twisted mind.
It also brings new light that with Hank suffering from bipolar, maybe Ultron is just a mentally-ill robot since he was created from a copy of Hank's mind. Ultron should be more like AM and not Skynet.
Was scrolling through Disney plus and saw this and could smell the toy factory through the screen

The fact they had Wonder Man win the love triangle would be hilarious to both comic fans and MCU fans since Wonder Man honestly never had a chance with Wanda and with WandaVision, I think the general audience loves the Wanda X Vision ship now
9:25 About the "other ones" I think FF and Iron man animated series are very underrated. Both FF and Iron Man didn't had a good start but they got better in their season 2 and wish they could had last longer, like X-men and Spider man shows.
As for the Hulk the first season was one the best adaptations of the Hulk (losing only to the Avengers EMH version). Too bad it's season 2 just drop all it's quality.
Growing up (and even now) I always preferred the second season of The Incredible Hulk. I guess I just got weird taste lol
Secret Saturdays is much more underrated.
And all i can think right now: Why can't bows and arrows *NOT* work in space? At worst, no air = no friction/wind resistance. A launch arrow will only keep going @ max acceleration till it hits something.

I may check this show one day, for two reasons:
1. Curiosity.
2. I hope it would make for a good laugh. I love "So bad, it's good" stuff!

There are some shows that are funny, funny in the way you laugh with it... this is not one of those shows. Coincidentally It looks like we'll be getting Wonder Man due to recent announcements, this show gave me my first taste as to what we might expect in the MCU in regards to the West Coast Avengers, in that way it was the only useful thing that came out of watching this series :D

I don't think we will get a love triangle between Wonder Man, White Vision and Wanda (didn't she died in the end Doctor Strange 2?) in the MCU. It's more possible that Wonder Man movie will focus more on the fact that Simon is both super hero and movie star, making fun of Hollywood.

Good or rather bad to know that after the show ended/ cancelled, Tigra just ended up doing those autograph signing in comiccons (reference to the Chip and Dale movie)!
I consider this Avengers series pretty much the exact opposite of X-Men TAS. None of the characters were likeable including the guest characters, the villains were just not memorable even Ultron, each episode plot just doesn't make any sense. This is pretty much a forgettable and mediocre series which doesn't understand what the Avengers are and what they stood for. Until the MCU did it right.

So I watched this as a little kid, saved it all on vhs's along with xmen the animated series. This and Spiderman Unlimited were trying to jump in on the future shit batman beyond had. And that whole 90s style of the over done we need armor on all our guys.

Well, Wonder Man is one of the strongest characters in the comics (most of the time) so... You'd think he'd be their "hulk"... But yeah it was a WEIRD show... You thought they were B-class?... HUH... I was thinking C-class for most of them... and I do think there has been several incarnations of the Zodiac... But I don't remember most of these guys from anywhere other then here.
Yeah marvel had some great series and some meh series but call me crazy, I want to see a series about the champions I mean the real champions with ms marvel.
They were the perfect way to show how to be inspired by mentors and idols while also seeing their defects and trying to do good in your own way. I mean sure they may look a bit like junior copycats but all sidekicks and pupils look like that sometimes.
They could show things like cho learning humility, riri opening up, miles and Kamala and nova friendship. Or nadia finally meeting Ultron who knows....those kids have potential

Season 2 of 'The Fantastic Four' was 'great'. Season 1, not so much. Also, I would place 'United They Stand' in the 'other ones' category.

I'm pretty sure I am the only person that saw this show growing up and honestly, I'm glad. As a four year old this show is what introduced me to so many characters.
Also that clip of Vision density shifting in the intro lives rent free in my head to this day

Hulk the animated series the first season anyway is some really good television
A lot of avengers teams do not feature the big 3 and i mean the main avengers teams, not west coast, secret or mighty or whatever. Roy Thomas focused a lot more on vision, scarlet witch, black panther and hawkeye than the big 3 and his run is defining. As a matter of fact, those "c" listers are what made the avengers comics good, because the comics focused in general way more on them than on cap, iron man, thor, which tot their arcs in their own books. So the show is actually accurate in that. Also characters like hawkeye, vision and scarlet witch were fairly popular in the 90s, because back then they were fundamental to the avengers. To sum it up, the avengers as a team were way different then than what we get now
So basically, don’t watch this show, just watch EMH instead? Well, I’ve already rewatched it like 50 times now, but I’ll gladly do it again
Could you cover Spider-Man unlimited? I know it's very much a mixed bag and has a lot of problems but it's got some charm to it despite only being one season as well.

One thing I do like about this version of the Avengers is how unique the heroes look. It's not a great look, but a specific one, which in a Multiverse story would make most of them immediately recognizable. I say that with the hopes of seeing at least one of them cameo or at least be background somewhere for a nice Easter egg.
I think the main problem with this show is that many kids (like myself) saw the Avengers in the title and probably thought they would get an awesome show like Spider-Man: TAS, X-men, or any of the other Marvel animated shows coming together in one universe like what DC was kinda doing around this time with Batman.
If they had not had that problem in the 90s, Marvel and Fox Kids could have made a better Avengers series, but with the Xmen, Spiderman, and other series like Iron Man and Hulk.
Or have Spider-Man have more seasons, although I don't think we will ever know if he could save Mary Jane unless they do a revival.
It has the best avengers intro to date.

I remember this TRAIN-WRECK !!! LOL. Watched a few episodes,then completely forgot about it,till now.
Omg I remember this show playing when I was a kid, back then I had no freaking clue who any of them were and I thought they were boring as hell. I remember there was one episode where Ironman show up to help and my reaction was: "Oh my god its Ironman! Its so cool to see hi..." And then he was gone.
This show was frustrating to watch because there was pictures of Thor, Captain America and Ironman in the avengers mansion my reaction was always the same: where are they!? I want to see thor and Captain America ! Where the hell are they!!

I watched this turd as a young adult, it literally made Spider-Man Unlimited look like a masterpeace.
I remember watching it on toon Disney's Jetix block whatever take old cartoons from back in the 90s and early 2000 and show reruns of them I watch every cartoon they practically had including some of their originals watching this cartoon I never hated it it just it felt like you know I get to be introduced to the avengers but just not the adventures that you see you in the movies.

Fun fact: in the spanish dub for some reason they changed Hawkeyes name to Lynxeye? Which is weird because in the Latin American dub his name is still hawkeye so why did they change it in Spain. If someone knows why please tell me.

Taurus and the Zodiac were real Avengers comic-book villains in the 1970s and made more than one appearance. They weren't just invented for this show. I think Scorpio was their leader in the comics originally. They still are terrible villains, however.

Honestly the Incredible Hulk animated series was good too I wish it kept going it had the right amount of hulk being a traumatic monster who wants to be left alone while Bruce Banner is trying to find a way to get back to a life he once had and trying to be with the one he loves season 2 was a little more light hearted but the show was still good

Power rangers is what you don't want your superhero show to be like. Thats why this show is the most embarrassing marvel show ever. Power rangers isn't something you want to steal from. Putting toy commercialism first quickly dates any show.

Avengers United They Stand took Marvel's main superhero team and filled it with B-listers, all of whom were poorly written and amateurishly animated. With bad designs, weird armor and characters and stories unworthy of the Avengers name, it's no wonder the series is considered one of Marvel's worst productions ever.
I mean, technically the MCU did the same thing and used B Lister and C Lister characters. Of course the writing and production design was much better.
