I wanted to put a quick video out before No Way Home dominates your subscription feed, I used to watch the superhero squad show as a kid so I thought I'd revisit it to take a look as an adult.
NOTE: apparently post notifications isn't working for some of you, let me know if thats the case, otherwise if you haven't yet put post notifications on, please do, it's the best way to keep up to date when a video drops, either that or twitter :D

The show is also kinda refreshing with the over exaggerating of the characters. Seeing the characters actually be different while still be the characters was so much fun. For Hulk in particular, you have just the Hulk instead of the Hulk/Bruce Banner as his usual portrayal. He can be happy and sad, and is just an overall goofball. It makes this Hulk unique and that much more memorable.

I actually did watch it as a kid. As a kid, for the most part, I *hated* superhero media with a few exceptions, this being one of them. I viewed it was one of the most serious things I watched, which doesn't seem to be the case considering what I'm hearing about it now lol.
I still have a distinct memory of the last time I watched it. I dont know if this is all in my head or not, but you did mention the Dark Surfer so that's definitely not made up. I remember at the end of one episode, the Dark Surfer scatters the superheroes across the multiverse or something like that.
As a kid, I was horrified. I didn't understand why Silver Surfer had gone bad and sent all the heroes away. Then I never saw the show on the TV again and I was stuck with this sad ending to me as a kid where the Silver Surfer, for reasons unknown to me, had become corrupted and turned on his allies. This is probably not the case but this was my reality. Thanks for taking me on a trip down memory lane. :)

The gag I remember most is from the finale when the infinity sword broke again and all the characters were just so fed up with having to look for the pieces again.

I honestly love this area of marvel. The mcu just began, the marvel animated shows were at their peak and truly felt like love letters to the fans, obscure characters were always a treat to see, a lot of characters used their comic designs, Toybiz was still making marvel legends. I could go on for hours about this being peak marvel. I wish I could have gotten to experience it more and honestly I took it for granted. Marvel truly embraced their weird side, btw does anyone remember the marvel web series’s? I wish this era of marvel could be brought back.

I used to watch this show a lot when i was really little, it showed me new characters, new stories, how they look, how animation works, everything was introduced to me in a way where a really little kid could look at it and really like it, and I was able to appreciate these characters more when I finally started getting into comics, and this show just really influenced me with my love of animation, comics, marvel, and character design. Looking back this show is fucking horrible, but it has some heart every once in a while, and I have a true appreciation for it.

I absolutely loved this show, it was silly and entertaining. I enjoyed it so much that I had my parents buy me the wii game. It’s a fun introduction to the marvel universe for a kid or even casual fan. The Silver Surfer was my absolute fave, which has led me to try watching the old Silver Surfer cartoon

I remember this show it was so good and unlike teen titans go it was not being held by nostalgia(besides fan favorite heros like hulk and wolverine).
It also had a legitimate story that was interesting and I love the show so much for it. We gad doctor doom being a cool but hilarious insecure villian, Galactus who is an hungry growing couch potato(he doesn't eat all of his meals),and (spoilers) silver surfer being an antagonist who hungers for power.
Honestly for a "kids" show that has comedy it's really good. Also it's not random bs some other kids show give out like teen titans go or Johny test that have completely random things happening.

This was also my introduction to Marvel as a whole, and introduced me to who these characters are. I am happy that it shows a lot of variety and that it is made by marvel fans as well. They just wanted to have fun with the show and give some structured chaos. This is like the Antithesis of Teen Titans Go! It didn't outstay it's welcome, was overused by the Network, had a good amount of variety in the cast, and actually had the heroes kick some villain butt, in entertaining fights that aren't purely gags
