I love whales. My daughter adopted a humpback whale for me on .mother's day, all proceeds go to save the whales. I've been wanting to stitch a whale for some time. You have motivated me.

What I love about what you do is when you sew you just have fun with things and don't worry to much about what you are doing. Like a child coloring, you just have fun and don't stress too much about results.

That is such a compliment. I love watching your children colouring, before they get told how they “should be doing it”

@@mistikomakes Thanks, I'm just glad your understood it was meant as a compliment. I love how you just live in the moment with your stitching and don't worry about where you are going, or the final product as much as the enjoyment of doing. I need to get better at that!

@@shannonbrown7488 I just reread my reply. Autocorrect gremlins. I don’t even know if you have any children! That should have read “young children”

In1975, I moved to Sitka, Alaska. One of the first stories I heard was that Orcas are known to save people by pushing them toward the shore. Cool!

Love whales ❤ went to Artic circle, Norway fjord, and saw so many Orcas. They were after the herring. To stun them the orcas were smacking the water with their tales then eating them. Was such a great trip and we were so lucky to see so many 😊
