Beautiful waterfall - it reminded me of Dunn's River Falls in Jamaica ... only 7-Color is bigger, much higher and powerful and way more ancient! I couldn't help laughing as you climbed the rocks, shuddering while getting drenched to the bone but loving every minute of it, and I'm thinking you're nothing but a big kid at heart. 🙂🙂🙂 I sure hope you brought along a change of clothes!! I expected to see a crowd at the falls, but you two had it to yourself. I walked the Dunn's River falls in Jamaica, it was awesome. Have you visited it?. Your. Picnic. Food. Is. Epic!!! Love the wicker bowl for rice! I wanted to bring one back when in I was in Vietnam last time, but didn't have luggage room. That papaya salad looks so delicious too! And oh my word the fruit!!! I love love most Asian fruits! (Exception: durian... Can't.. won't. Nope!) I never expected Thailand to have so many gorgeous trails. Thank you for sharing your travels with Li by your side! Until we can all travel again, this is such a great mix of food, culture and nature. God bless!!

You should get into paper maps (if you arent already :) ) I have seen how much more it can matter to me, which is really what matters when thinking back on memories right? Making them matter to YOU! and yes this is a great way... Mark travels in a very different way than I do, I imagine that he has been to WAY more of Bangkok and the surrounding areas than I have tho - so you could do a full country map of Thailand for me, and then a city map for him! That actually, would be very very cool!!!
@@JoelsTastyRide Yes, good old fashioned paper maps are the best. A good map of Thailand and one of Bangkok would be perfect. I'm trying to self educate myself about Thailand and the culture as I have a dream to move there. For now, I use google maps when watching the videos and do a little supplemental research on the surrounding area as I learn. It would be great to get a job teaching English and go on a discovery of all that Thailand offers. I'm truly amazed of the temples, it would be so awesome to visit the White Temple. Thanks for sharing your and Li's journeys of Thailand and presenting the culture of such an awesome country.

Did you have any "ants" at your picnic (do you know the Thai word for "ants"?) I would say that you are a Som Tam "fan-boy" but maybe it's actually Li being a Som Tam "fan-girl" LOL Great filming of the rock formations. Today at Mass we celebrated the Baptism of the Lord in the River Jordan and it looks like you relived your Baptism at the waterfall. Hi Joel and Li', Great weekend trip. Did you'll meet up with Mark and Ying they were in the 3 Whale Rocks Park in Phu Sang National park, Phaya Province. I expected to see a crowd at the falls, but you two had it to yourself. I walked the Dunn's River falls in Jamaica, it was awesome. Have you visited it?. Your. Picnic. Food. Is. Epic!!! Love the wicker bowl for rice! I wanted to bring one back when in I was in Vietnam last time, but didn't have luggage room. That papaya salad looks so delicious too! And oh my word the fruit!!! I love love most Asian fruits! (Exception: durian... Can't.. won't. Nope!) I never expected Thailand to have so many gorgeous trails. Thank you for sharing your travels with Li by your side! Until we can all travel again, this is such a great mix of food, culture and nature. God bless!!

You should get into paper maps (if you arent already :) ) I have seen how much more it can matter to me, which is really what matters when thinking back on memories right? Making them matter to YOU! and yes this is a great way...
Mark travels in a very different way than I do, I imagine that he has been to WAY more of Bangkok and the surrounding areas than I have tho - so you could do a full country map of Thailand for me, and then a city map for him! That actually, would be very very cool!!!
@@JoelsTastyRide Yes, good old fashioned paper maps are the best. A good map of Thailand and one of Bangkok would be perfect. I'm trying to self educate myself about Thailand and the culture as I have a dream to move there. For now, I use google maps when watching the videos and do a little supplemental research on the surrounding area as I learn. It would be great to get a job teaching English and go on a discovery of all that Thailand offers. I'm truly amazed of the temples, it would be so awesome to visit the White Temple. Thanks for sharing your and Li's journeys of Thailand and presenting the culture of such an awesome country.
