Thanks so much for joining us!! 'Jim Joom (Moo Joom)' is a traditional (and awesome!!) clay pot feast, and its one that both Li and I, my friend P'Goh and his family, are delighted to share with you this evening!! Mae Wan's restaurant is truly unique, from the fact that its basically on a driveway (no street sign, no way to find it if you haven't already been there before), the fact that they've been cooking these recipes for decades, and the fact that the cooks here are still SO humble... its just amazing. What a treat for dinner tonight!
