Hello, the choice of exercises are good but being in the same profession I can clearly see that your video editing has not been good. It feels as if you are in a hurry and no proper instructions in the transition between exercises. If someone wants to follow the routine with your video, then they have to rewind and play for every exercise.

If you have diastasis recti, muscle separation then that typically needs surgery but if you are overall on higher body fat % that is 23% + then u should start with some weights and walking.. get to 23% and under.. u will see a difference.. if you have insulin resistance which many Indian ladies have including myself, inositol will help tremendously..but unless we are in small calorie deficit and getting oxygen through HIIT exercises, losing belly fat is impossible 😢
@@Getitdone1685 i joined gym a month back. My weight has dropped also belly part could see the difference but not much. Let's see if it also reduced in the due course of time

You should also ask women to first check if they have Diastasis Recti, before such abs workout is followed.
