Horrible Bosses Movie Description:
Nick (Jason Bateman), Dale (Charlie Day) and Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) are workers who would like nothing better than to grind their oppressive employers into the dirt. Quitting their jobs is not an option, so -- fueled by alcohol and dubious advice from a criminal (Jamie Foxx) -- the men devise a complex and seemingly foolproof plan to permanently rid themselves of their terrible bosses. The problem is, any plan is only as clever as the brains behind it.
Horrible Bosses is a 2011 American comedy film directed by Seth Gordon, written by Michael Markowitz, John Francis Daley, and Jonathan Goldstein, from a story by Markowitz. It stars Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, Jason Sudeikis, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell, Kevin Spacey, and Jamie Foxx. The plot follows three friends, played by Bateman, Day, and Sudeikis, who decide to murder their respective overbearing, abusive bosses, portrayed by Spacey, Aniston, and Farrell.
Markowitz's script was bought by New Line Cinema in 2005 and the film spent six years in various states of pre-production, with a variety of actors attached to different roles. By 2010, Goldstein and Daley had rewritten the script, and the film finally went into production.
The film premiered in Los Angeles on June 30, 2011, and was released on July 8, 2011. The film exceeded financial expectations, accruing over $28 million in the first three days, making it the number two film in the United States during its opening weekend. The film grossed over $209 million worldwide by the end of its theatrical run.
The film received positive reviews, with critics praising the ensemble cast, and each lead being singled out for their performances across reviews. Some reviewers gave praise to the premise and plot, while others commented on the quality of the joke-writing. A sequel, Horrible Bosses 2, was released on November 26, 2014.

"Extract" is a SUPREMELYYYYYYY underrated movie. Mike Judge flick with Bateman and Mila Kunis as leads. Then a LITANY of other people as supporting cast. That movie is truly underrated. Deff check it out.
Initially I thought he was mostly good at comedy but his performance in The Gift was great. I was blown away by how much range he has

2 was such a pleasant suprise, somehow they actually one upped the clever writing
I felt that the second wasn’t as good & the first was better as a standalone film but to each their own
I might even like the sequel more, Chris Pine is so funny and fits great with the others

At my old job I had a boss who was an asshole, he would yell at associates and other managers and then when i confronted him about he cried his eyes out at me saying that’s not who he was. At first I believed it and then I asked him for a promotion he says he was working on it really hard but then I found out from another manager that he kept saying no to managers when they kept putting my name for the next promotion. Then I confronted him again and he said that I was putting more effort in trying to make him a bad guy then my “job” but I was one of the top performers at work. Last straw was when I said I was putting my two weeks in if i don’t get transferred to my new job. Lo and behold two days later they accepted the transfer.

I used to work for a landscaping company. And I wouldnt call him a horrible boss but rather the business grew so fast that we couldnt keep up with the demand. So that led him to try and cut corners to keep up pace. In the end things would be wrong or messed up and we ended up coming back to previous jobs to fix things. I was fed up because I was a crew lead and had way more experience than the individuals he hired at a higher pay rate than I was getting.
Hall Pass is another great comedy! With Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis

One punched me in my back, when I turned my back to him after we had a discussion, and when I said I would have called the police for that, ANY other employees in the room starts saying "Oh no, he just pat you a little hard on the back, he didn't punched you..." those butt-lickers. My back hurted fro three days, and he KNEW I had a rupture exactly where he punched me. Worst human being I've ever meet. Crazy that he still work in that Insurance Company, while I'm not.
Horrible Bosses 2 is just as good. It doesn't lack at all and works as a great continuation of this one.

my current boss is prob the worst boss ive ever worked with in my entire life, they say get your degree to move up and i did, i didnt expect to be treated like shit for just doing my job. the other day he took all his stress out on his employees (prob cause his wife hasnt fked him in the last 5 years) by yelling at each of us about how incompetent we were, then later proceeded to want to talk about the hockey game last night like nothing ever happened and i had to pretend like i give a rats ass. i aint paid that much to stay, im there for convenience but hes an HR lawsuit waiting to happen. SMH

Also much easier back when we had actual buttons in phones, now they are all apps or behind settings. There also used to be an emergency contact button in phones that called your wife or parents or whatever in case of emergencies.
